首先，房間設施老舊，跟街邊小旅館一樣，房間又小又舊，衞生間也是小的不能再小，好在衞生做得還行。其次服務要打差評，預訂的是1.5的大床，入住前賓館也確認了訂單，到了之後説是1.3的，要1.5的話要加錢，有惡意加價現象。
