出來遊玩已經是十多天了，住了幾個民宿，感覺此家十分温馨，房間乾淨整潔，設備齊全，用品都很有檔次，特別是房東還在每個房間裏都養有幾盆花，顯得特別有一種家的味道。距離江邊公園也不遠，開車出行很方便。是一次舒心的住宿。

就一般公寓住家。比較偏的位置，但是安靜。（這個評價是個人主觀的）但看個人的需求。洗衣機因為有年紀了，所以聲音非常的大聲。準備要住宿的人要仔細看一看住宿的規則。

這個房子非常非常乾淨又舒服，面積大，住一家3-4人沒有問題的，還可以簡單燒一點點東西比如熱個包子餅子雞蛋呀。離市區稍稍遠了一丟丟，但黑河就這麼大，出租車非常方便就是個起步價，如果自己有車那更是入住的好地方啦。房東也很細緻周到，謝謝！

Оказался не отель ,а квартира, которую сдают.Нет вывески абсолютно не понятно как найти, такси приезжая по данному адресу остановит вас возле подъезда дома ,а там нужно будет искать куда идти .Ходили вокруг дома в поисках вывески ,так как жители дома ни кто не знает, что там сдают ,ушли за несколько домов от данного,если б не местные жители, которые помогли найти данный адрес и номер хозяйки квартиры ,мы бы просто уехали от туда потеряв свои деньги, т.к. нет возврата! На номер ,который указан как контактный не дозвониться , после того как мы все-таки смогли встретиться с хозяйкой квартиры ,благодаря местным жителям, у неё был совершенно другой номер телефона.
