"The hotel is right at the end of the night market, making it incredibly convenient to get there—just downstairs! The morning market isn't far either; you can easily walk there. The security guard at the entrance is very responsible and helpful. There's road construction in front of the building, so if you can't find it on your GPS, call the front desk. They have a parking lot in the back, and the security guard will guide you there. Once the night market opens at 4 PM, you'll have to take a detour to the parking lot. Before the night market opens, you can drive directly to the hotel entrance."

"Although there weren't any family rooms, the two beds were plenty of room. The service was excellent. The hostess was very accommodating and offered to help with our luggage. She greeted us whenever we came and went. The location is great. There's a night market downstairs, but we didn't go to the morning market because it was raining. We can walk to Lena Restaurant and the riverfront. The facilities are very user-friendly. The only downside is that they don't have their own parking lot; we have to find a spot on the street next door."

"This is a newly opened hotel. You must bring your children to check in. As soon as you enter the hotel lobby, you will be greeted by the warm greetings from the front desk receptionist. The hotel lobby is decorated luxuriously and uniquely. The most important thing is that you can read and work quietly. The room is clean and tidy, and the whole house smart system makes my 19-month-old baby full of novelty. My daughter likes the hotel's breakfast. The restaurant is spacious, bright and warm, with stylish table and chair colors and a rich variety of food. The restaurant manager warmly welcomes us and proactively provides baby dining chairs. The freshly ground coffee is really delicious. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Even after checking out, the front desk manager and senior management still asked about your stay experience with great sincerity. All in all, the experience was perfect 💯, the children were very happy, even though they were locals, I would bring the children to experience it again if they chose to relax during holidays."

"## Amenities: The mattress was comfortable, two types of pillows were provided, a smart toilet, a TV with screen-mirroring capabilities, and the internet speed was very fast! The slippers were the thickest and most comfortable I've ever encountered in any hotel. ## Cleanliness: The shower drain wasn't clean and was a bit clogged; I had to deal with it myself while showering. ## Ambiance: I had requested a high floor, but was only given the 7th floor, so my view was ultimately blocked by the tall building directly in front. Additionally, the room was right by the elevator entrance. Luckily, there were no noisy tour groups blocking the elevators that day, so it was relatively quiet. ## Service: Almost non-existent. During check-in, there were two front desk staff. The male staff member was warmly smiling and assisting another group, while the female staff member gave me a cold reception. When I asked about the floor, she simply said my room type wasn't available on the 9th floor. Normally, one would expect something like, ”This room type isn't available on the 9th floor, would you like to consider an upgrade to a different room type on the 9th floor?” She offered no smile and was very curt. After she simply stated my room type wasn't available, I didn't feel like pursuing the conversation further. *Sigh*. ▶ There are self-service drinks in the lobby on the first floor, but the staff didn't inform me. I only found out about them after seeing it online. ▶ Upon check-out, there's supposed to be a farewell gift, but the staff didn't mention it. Long after I had left, I received a message on the Ctrip app saying there was one, meaning I would have had to inquire at the front desk myself. *Ahem*. ▶ I didn't book the hotel's buffet breakfast, but the restaurant allows you to order items à la carte. My companion and I spent 20 yuan and were completely full. (The fried rice was delicious!) ● Overall, in terms of value for money, it's really good! It just falls short on the details. (I wonder if this has anything to do with booking a discounted room? 🤔)"

"Good experience! The security guards and service staff are very enthusiastic! I will stay here again. The hotel is in a good location, just opposite the Amur Western Restaurant, next to the pedestrian street, close to Lena Restaurant and Glock, and close to the morning market and Russian goods street. The hotel security guard helped me find a parking space!"

"Overall, the hotel is ok, you can live, but it would be nice to do a renovation, since the condition of the furniture and interior leaves much to be desired. The location is excellent, various shops, cafes, Huafu and a pedestrian street are within walking distance. I booked from December 28 to 29, 2024 for 2500 ₽ on trip com. There were no problems with check-in. They checked me into a room with one double bed and one single bed. The room was warm. Everything you need was in the room. For that kind of money, I think it's quite normal, for more money it's probably better to look at an alternative. The bathhouse in the hotel is for an amateur, it costs 33 yuan per person. There are massage services, which you need to be careful when ordering, they can include in the bill secondary services that you did not need. I ordered a foot treatment for 100 yuan, not knowing the technique of this massage, and in the end, due to a misunderstanding or specially imposing additional services, they gave me a foot cleaning for 59 yuan, a pedicure for 79 yuan and a foot massage for 79 yuan."

"I booked a hotel in a hurry on the way from Mohe to Heihe. It is next to the bustling pedestrian street and the morning market, and is upstairs from the Amur Western Restaurant. Although the Western restaurant is authentic, the room is not that good! The tiles on the walking stairs are falling off, the room has no air conditioning and only a fan. It is over 30 degrees Celsius during the day and very stuffy at night. The family couldn't sleep and got up at three o'clock to visit the riverside and morning market. It was very different from the Home Inn where I stayed the second night, but there was no difference in price. I didn’t take any photos because I was in a bad mood, so I took two photos of the river view during the day."

"Very good hotel, in the room clean, bed comfortable, bedding white, staff is very polite and does not refuse in dop.water, fabric paper, etc.Give switches for switches, etc.In the quarter of the hotel a pedestrian street, on the opposite of a small shop with food, water, etc.Not five stars, but quite decent, especially for such a price.Hearing is good, but we didn't interfere with it.The minus is that there are no Russian channels on TV.But you can take a flash card and roll movies or music ... The hotel I realized so either after the repair or just opened up.There are certainly shortcomings, but the staff eliminated them without problems.BVDT 2 days, cleaned every day and filled once-time hairstyles, pasta, soap, gel, shampoo, shower hats, The room is spacious.The only thing I don't like very much is a shower without a ribbon,but so Not in all rooms.Friends on the opposite in the room had a glass intersection and water didn't shed everywhere.in general we liked everything.There is a smell of cigarettes sometimes on the corridors,but it is China ...A in general we are satisfied, in the ratio of price and quality, it is just wonderful."
