"The reception is friendly. The rooms are a bit dirty, but they clean them daily. The renovations are a bit dated, but otherwise it's fine. It's not for picky travelers. There's a shopping center and market nearby, so the location is excellent. We were able to check in 7 hours early without any issues!"

"A good budget hotel, perfect for those looking to go out and have fun rather than spend all their time in their room. The beds are large but very firm, the linens are clean, the room is spotless, the towels are white, and disposable toiletries are provided, which is very convenient (no need to lug them around). Cleaning and replacement of toiletries are provided daily. The hotel is also located on a shopping street 200 meters from Hua Fu, and close to the evening and morning markets. We've been coming to this hotel for years and have never been dissatisfied. The owner, Andrey, is a great guy, always willing to help and advise."

"Very bad. The room was extremely small, completely different from the size described on the platform. It was a double room, but there was only one set of disposable toiletries. The bathroom light was broken, the ceiling was leaking, and water was dripping from the chandelier onto the bed. Water was also dripping from the table onto the wall. When I turned over in bed, I saw a cockroach crawling into the radiator. In the morning, someone suddenly opened the door, which startled me. Can guests just open their room doors like that? 😮 I can tolerate individual problems, but all of them combined are just unbearable."

"The location is fantastic, right opposite Mother's Square and next to the night market. Our room's window faced inwards, which was great for keeping out noise. If we wanted to catch some of the lively atmosphere, we just opened the door to the square-facing window. The breakfast was also very good. There were a lot of Russians staying at the hotel, even more than locals, and it was clean and hygienic."

"The hotel is very good. It faces Mother Square. You can see Mother Square from the room and the view is great. It is very convenient to go anywhere. Although it is facing the street, it is not noisy. The room is comfortable, clean and hygienic, and has all the facilities. Highly recommended"

"This hotel should be the best hotel in Heihe. There was no receptionist at the entrance of the hotel. We were a family of three, with a five-year-old child and two large suitcases plus some hand luggage. When we entered the door, we found two men sitting at the reception desk. They were completely out of the way and did not even give us the most basic guidance and greetings. That was it. We prepared to give the child a bath at night, but the water temperature was not good. We called several times and got the reply that the water temperature was like this at night. We could only give the child a simple rinse at night. The child kept saying it was so cold! During the phone communication, they said that someone would be sent to check the water temperature the next morning. If it was not good, we would change the room. However, there was no phone call the next day and no one came to check. We observed that the water temperature was higher in the morning than in the evening and thought it would be fine in the evening. As a result, the water temperature was not good at night. I was speechless. This was the first time I encountered such a situation. I admire this kind of service!"

"The room was tidy and the view was beautiful. I would definitely stay in a river-view room again next time. It's also very convenient for getting around, close to both the morning and night markets, and you can take a bus directly downstairs to other places. The waterway border crossing is within walking distance, and you can even see a foreign band performing without leaving your room. You can see the architecture and scenery on the opposite bank from your room; sitting on the bed makes you feel like you're living on the water."
