I was initially worried about parking, but upon arrival, I found it wasn't difficult at all, and the hotel owner will help you with that. The hotel is on the second floor without an elevator, but if needed, the owners will come downstairs to help with your luggage. The reception area is small, but it has a coffee machine for guests to enjoy free coffee, which is quite nice. The rooms are clean and bright, with excellent soundproofing, making them very quiet. The bathroom has a separate shower and toilet, and the bedding is very comfortable. The entire hotel has a subtle, pleasant fragrance. It's fantastic!"

The location was fantastic, with Mother Square across the street and beautiful views from the sightseeing elevator and corridors. The breakfast was excellent, and the hotel had its own parking lot in the backyard, making it perfect for a road trip. Pets are welcome, and our Shiba Inu had a place to stay, which was great. We didn't get a room for the next day on Ctrip, so we spent an extra hundred yuan to book elsewhere, which was a shame. Other options are fine. Highly recommended."

"This hotel should be the best hotel in Heihe. There was no receptionist at the entrance of the hotel. We were a family of three, with a five-year-old child and two large suitcases plus some hand luggage. When we entered the door, we found two men sitting at the reception desk. They were completely out of the way and did not even give us the most basic guidance and greetings. That was it. We prepared to give the child a bath at night, but the water temperature was not good. We called several times and got the reply that the water temperature was like this at night. We could only give the child a simple rinse at night. The child kept saying it was so cold! During the phone communication, they said that someone would be sent to check the water temperature the next morning. If it was not good, we would change the room. However, there was no phone call the next day and no one came to check. We observed that the water temperature was higher in the morning than in the evening and thought it would be fine in the evening. As a result, the water temperature was not good at night. I was speechless. This was the first time I encountered such a situation. I admire this kind of service!"

"I gave it a 3 for amenities due to weak shower pressure. When we stayed here in the fall, the pressure was fine. Otherwise, the hotel is fine; the bed linen is crisp and clean (a rarity in Heihe). There was no refrigerator, but we only stayed one night, so it didn't matter. The decent breakfast (porridge, soups, boiled eggs, and Chinese cold dishes) was fine for us. I think the hotel is well-maintained and strives to maintain its status as a hostel for Russian shuttle traders, as it's mostly Chinese who stay there."

The double room was spacious, with a small sofa, kettle, mugs, hairdryer, slippers, dental kit, and snow-white linens and towels. We stayed for three nights, and on the second day, the towels were changed, new amenity sets were provided, and the room was cleaned. It was quiet, and the room didn't smell of smoke. Breakfast was average: rice, vegetables, tofu, sweet and sour pork, pastries, tea, and coffee – not bad, and clean. The reception staff and restaurant staff were polite. Everything was great!"
