門頭裝修和房間反差太大，房間內裝修太久，花灑壞的，床頭沒有充電器插座，毛巾爛的。走廊還有異味！總之體驗感太差！唯獨一次性拖鞋還可以。

説是重新裝修過，設施又沒換，水龍頭花灑水垢厚厚一層，地板漏水，房間wifi要開着電視才有，也沒電話，沒法打給前台，抽紙衹有兩張，讓送一些來結果送了捲紙，説現在沒有抽紙了衹有捲紙，第一次聽説這種情況。空調遙控器也沒有，臨時讓送來的，床單也很粗糙。房間裏什麼都沒有還收按金，是有什麼東西可以給我弄壞嗎？？這些都可以忍，前台的服務員態度太差，退房才問一大堆問題，從哪裡來的，要去哪裡，車牌多少，為什麼入住的時候不問，要退房的時候問，浪費別人時間？話説不清楚多問幾句還反問我聽不懂話嗎，不知道在橫什麼
