This hotel has it all, the location, spacios rooms except the workers. Im not a person to come with negative or defensive attitude but when it comes to being a tourist the receptionist do respond with a negative attitude. If they had a bad experience with past customers but they sure have to be friendly and be at its excelence in customer service. Customer service sucks.

Terrible stay. The security locks on the door were missing. The TV did not work. Housekeeping left us without bath towels. On the last day, our most important, there was no hot water for the shower so we were unable to shower in the morning. Overall, a bad experience.

The rooms are big and the AC works fine. The water pressure is great and the bathroom was clean. There's a lack of amenities for example, there's no coffee maker or mini fridge neither an iron. One more thing to improve is about customer service, that's really poor. My stay included free breakfast for me and my couple, I ate first because she wasn't feeling well when she arrived later to the restaurant, the kitchen server told me that I can't take anything from the buffet again or I'll be charged. Come on!! I just was seated with my couple because she wasn't be alone. That was rude!

Las instalaciones de recepción y restaurante son muy bonitas, pero las habitaciones, aunque la cama es cómoda, parecen más de motel para viajeros, y el servicio del agua caliente para bañ**** no funcionaba muy bien.
Se ve mas bonito en las fotos de lo que es.
Sobre restaurantes alrededor, está bien ubicado, tiene varios lugares cerca y la zona se percibe tranquila.
