All of the staff were amazing. Super friendly and helpful. They took care of us like family. Especially the beach bar staff were #1. We were with a large group of friends and they were so attentive and added a lot of laughter and fun to our experience. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Stay was good but I indicated 2A2C and this was not provided and we had to pay additional for 2 children and the price to pay at the hotel counter was at open rate and not at the child rate indicated in your email confirmation.

The best hotel I've ever been to. The staff are welcoming and attentive. The hotel is sublime. It's a feast for the eyes. The atmosphere is great. I highly recommend it.

Absolutely perfect holiday
Absolutely amazing stay. Every member of staff were so incredibly friendly, the food and drink offering was extensive and food was excellent. The pool areas offered options for everyone, evening entertainment was brilliant and a pool party with a DJ was a big highlight. A la Carte restaurants were excellent and overall, a perfect holiday that I would love to do again

All inclusive to the highest standards especially with our specific culinary needs the hotels nutritionist are always ready to do anything for your needs they where amazing both of them!!!

We have used several different Mitsis hotels all of which have been great and the Laguna was just as good. It’s an attractive, well laid out hotel of a nice size. There’s plenty of pool area space and more than enough sun beds. The accommodation was excellent and service superb. We’ve noticed the food choices have been reduced over recent years but they remain really good and to a high quality. The ala carte restaurants were great although quite tightly configured. The breakfast brunch was the least liked with the food no different to to what you can get in the main restaurant.
The only thing we were disappointed in was the beach area. In other mitsis hotels there’s always been a dedicated bar and food facilities. At the Laguna there is only a mobile unit which was permanently busy and not worth the wait. The shoreline is also quite rocky and so not the easiest to access the water.
Overall though the Laguna is excellent and thoroughly recommended.
