It was very dirty. Overall the hotel was run down and grungy. There were bodily fluid stains on the wall of the room. The bed sagged and was uncomfortable. The tv did not work. There were no outlets near the beds. We asked to be partially refunded because of the non-working tv. They refused, and instead moved us to a suite. It was trashed, had been occupied and not cleaned with literal trash everywhere and the AC unit ripped out of the wall and in the middle of the room. Were moved to a different suite and that was ok - still grungy like the rest of the hotel and the bathroom door wouldn’t shut. The breakfast was extremely limited, with no protein options. I’ll never stay here or book a microtel again.

After walking in felt like walking out and going home … bed very uncomfortable… I’m 72 and this would be the worst I’ve ever slept in… the bed was very uncomfortable.

The American flag is tattered and needs to be replaced on the flagpole. Another guest pointed this out to us. The shower curtain is a bit tattered also. The beds and linens were comfortable and the rooms were quiet. Mud was tracked in at the coffee/breakfast area. I mentioned there were cakes of mud there, but the front desk guy never got a broom and guests continued to walk through the mud...

The property"s public areas werenot thoroughly clean, like inside the elevator and in the foyer. Also there were wear marks on the carpeting. The wifi and the TV service were very good.

This was our first stay there and we would not hesitate to book again. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of cleaning the room and that was so important to us. Keep up the good work!!! Thanks also for providing so many choices for breakfast food. That sure was a plus.

I thought that the hotel was nice. My mom got a good night sleep and really enjoyed your bathtub. It was a little noisy, but I think that was related to the construction going on. You need to restock your vending machines because they had no drinks available.

As usual at this Microtel, everything was just what we wanted. On this trip, I had inadvertently requested a room that lacked a refrigerator, and we needed one. Benjamin at the front desk took care of everything quikcly and in a friendly manner. He's a keeper.

When I walked into the place it had a dirty smell. The rooms smelled like they had been smoked in before. When I got up the next morning there were two COCKROACHES in my room. This was not a $175 a night room. I WILL NEVER stay at a Microtel again. I also didn't like mirrors on the wall behind the bed. Gave me a feeling of being watched.

Stayed at this property a couple years ago. It’s gone downhill. Very dirty, carpets are a mess.
