予約コードがちゃんと送られて来ておらず、チェックインが分かりにくかったです。iPadのWi-Fi接続が悪く、チェックインに手間取ってしまった。ただ、施設は綺麗で満足した宿泊になりました。

必要最小限でありながら、とても快適にストレスなく過ごせました。
ホテルのオススメポイントである3点、①プロジェクター②シャワー③ドライヤーに関しては本当に満足しました。
自宅で使用しているものよりレベルを下げたくないので、いつも旅先には持って行っていましたが、今回は信用して持たずに行き、ホテルのドライヤーを使用しました。家族4人のお風呂上がりでも、直ぐに乾かせてしかもちゃんとサラサラに仕上げりました。
シャワーは本当に気持ちよかったです。自宅のよりも良い物でした。温泉を諦めた分このシャワーで十分癒されました。
日中歩き回って、ただ寝るためだけに予約するホテルだったので、そういう考えの方にはとてもオススメのホテルだと思います。
ベッドが少し柔らかすぎて、私には合いませんでしたが、4人家族には十分快適なホテルでした。

6人で予約しましたが、急に2人キャンセルとなり、4人で泊まりました。事前に急なキャンセルでチェックインの登録をどうすればいいか問い合わせ、そのときの操作を教えてもらっていたので落ち着いて対応できました。口コミでチェックインで手間取ったとよく書いてありますが、事前に入力しさえすればなんてことありませんね。
キレイさは満足。設備で困ることもありませんでした。
部屋の大きさは写真の通りで広いんだけど、二人分のお布団まで敷くとみんなで座るところはなる広さでしたね。
コインパーキング、コンビニ、飲食店が歩いてすぐなので非常にらくちんでした。もうエレベーター使って本館に移動して、なんてやる大きなホテルには泊まりたくないかも。
お風呂と脱衣所が広々して使いやすかったです。
お風呂の栓が最初すこーし漏れていたのか、1時間後にお湯がなくなってびっくりしたのですが、その後は大丈夫だったので、やり方が悪かったのかもしれません。
もしまた広島に行くことがあればもう一度ここに泊まりたいと思えるところでした。
