The room wasn't huge, but for a triple room with an extra bed, there was still enough space to open our luggage. The bedding was clean and tidy, and comfortable to sleep on."

"The hotel's location is excellent. From the second floor of JR Hiroshima Station, you can follow the skywalk across the street, and it's right next to Hiroshima TV. Having a 7-Eleven downstairs is also very convenient. The hotel's cleanliness and facilities are great, and the rooms are a bit larger than typical Japanese hotels. Breakfast is on the 20th floor with panoramic views, including the station. The variety is quite rich, and they even have Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki. The only thing I hope they can improve is the towel-only replacement service. It's nice that clean towels are hung outside the door without disturbing guests, but it would be even better if there was a bin in the bathroom to dispose of used towels."

"Location and Service are Perfect, Only Cleanliness is a Minor Disappointment This hotel boasts an excellent location near Hiroshima Station, making it convenient for both sightseeing and business. I stayed for two days and had no problems with transportation. The 2 PM check-in was extremely helpful. Being able to leave my luggage and rest immediately upon arrival allowed me to plan my subsequent activities with ample time. The staff were very helpful, and I was satisfied with the service. Amenities were plentiful, and I didn't experience any inconvenience. However, the cleanliness was a concern. There were some noticeable stains on the floor, and the bedding had an unpleasant odor, suggesting it hadn't been thoroughly laundered. If these issues were improved, I believe the stay would be even more comfortable."

"I chose this hotel because it looked like it had a cool design and seemed like an interesting place to stay. However, overall, it wasn't as good as it looked in the pictures. Still, it was a decent stay. The room had everything it should, typical of a standard business hotel. As for the bikes, it felt like not many guests actually brought their own. A lot of the facilities are reserved for athletes, and regular guests can't use the gym, which I thought was pretty bad. Also, for some reason, the bed in the room felt very damp, so it wasn't super comfortable to sleep in."
