The staff name Thanh Kieu in the kitchen is very rude by ignoring the question, answer rudely “what?” didn’t event turn her head to look at the customers when customer ask her a full polite question.

I stay here every time I come here. The hygiene is good. The shower heads in the past were not good and very small. The room I stayed in this time was on a higher floor. The shower heads looked newer and were easier to use than the ones I stayed in before. It is recommended that the shower heads be replaced. They were too old and very inconvenient to use.

The facilities are very old. The hygiene is OK. When I first checked in, the air conditioner was broken and it took a long time to fix it. It's almost life-threatening to live without air conditioning in this place. I asked the front desk to change the room but they refused to do so. I was very anxious and a little unhappy. Fortunately, it was fixed later. Then the waiter at the front desk gave me a dark face the whole time I went in and out. Haha. Vietnamese people are really stingy.

This hotel is great for an overnight stay before a flight, or after a late arrival. It is 10 minutes by taxi from the airport, but on a quiet street where you can't hear the traffic noise. And at the same time you can find somewhere to eat nearby. The hotel has breakfast, and they can cook something for dinner according to your wishes from the menu. The hotel is new, the rooms are also new, everything is clean, and there is a balcony. I will definitely stay here if I need to make a transfer in Ho Chi Minh City.

The location is great except that there is a Korean restaurant right near the airport, but there is no convenience store, so you have to walk 17 minutes round trip… There is no supermarket nearby, just nothing. The room condition is good and clean, and the balcony is large, so everything is good, but the amenities nearby are completely lacking...
