Nice location. All the museums and attractions around the hotel. The staffs are very nice. I booked the shuttle via email to the hotel, they replied very efficient. But the shuttle was quite expensive, I suggest travellers can get the car with grap.
The gym room was very small , and only 2 mechanics, one is out of service 😅😂. In the bed room, the air conditioner was so noisy. It would wake you up , like a nightmare.we couldn’t sleep well. That’s very important. Pls fix it!! Thank you

We loved the Orchids Saigon. It was a lovely hotel. Great pool. Good breakfast. Nice location and all for a very reasonable price. My husband and I would definitely stay again!!!

Fantastic service from frontline staff. They are quick and efficient to handle our luggage during both check-in and check-out. And arranged for a taxi pick-up too.

Hotel is clean. Good location. Staff have been extremely warm and helpful, constantly reminding guest to carry their bags properly, keeping a lookout for the grab booking.
Breakfast options can be improved though.
