Look greenery, nice in a safe environment district 7. But, it was a big disappointment the hotel is under renovation, extremely noisy from 7:30-17:00, I didn’t sleep well, and other guests from other rooms smoked. The pipes system are linked and connected to other rooms was so smelly. The sheet bed or bed was proper cleaned. The room was not cleaned. The breakfast were not good. The lift stopped without warning. The staff ain’t speak English. It was nightmare not blessed at all! Big disappointed.

I experienced some inconvenience because of the ongoing renovations, but the staff was very friendly in other aspects.

Although the hotel is small, I was satisfied with its reasonable price, friendly staff, and good location. I'll definitely come back here if I ever go on a business trip to Ho Chi Minh again.

I revisited this hotel with fond memories, but I'm a bit disappointed to see how run down it has become. Please, I really hope you can address the issue of noise from the restaurant in front of the hotel late at night/early in the morning. If it continues like this, I definitely won't be able to stay here again.

The hotel has a gym, and the breakfast is exquisite. The room is very clean, and I really like the overall decor.

Very clean and excellent check in center hospitalization. Super value for money. Breakfast is offered with selection of set at your choice. Only the sound proof is not good, can clearly hear the noice from outside. hope can be improved in future.

Top choice for business travelers

Good facilities and gym. With breakfast. Reception always keep smile, good attitude.

1. Twin-bed room. The room rate already includes two breakfasts, but only one breakfast is given for each person staying. 2. If a colleague fails to check in, no refund will be given and breakfast will not be provided. After several rounds of negotiations, the hotel can handle the check-out procedures for them, but no refund will be given. Meanwhile, if the room was reserved for someone else on the same day, a double room rate will be charged. 3. Disposable slippers will not be changed or added after cleaning the room. They will not be given unless asked for them proactively. 4. The mineral water not listed on the price list in the room is clearly informed by the cleaning staff that it is free, but it will also be charged when checking out. 5. There are no screens on the Windows of the room. When the Windows are opened, there are many mosquitoes. If the Windows are not opened, the room smells very strong.
