Owners are incredibly nice and super hospitable.
Breakfast is perfect before a long day touring around Ninh Binh.
Eggs, coffee, juice and water.
Every time they see you coming back they give bananas and water. Hospitality as its best.
They provide a map with recommendations for everything around town.
I booked a room for myself and could fit 4 people easily.

Great location. Friendly couple who wetr incredibly helpful. Nice breakfast, lovely swimming pool, motorcycles to rent. A comfortable room with everything you need. Beautiful location. Highly recommend.

The disadvantage is the environment and hygiene. To improve, it may be due to lack of manpower and no extra manpower to clean up. What a pity. The hotel can arrange a scheduled itinerary. We chartered a car to go to Thung Nham Bird Park Songya Bird Ecological Tourism Area on the first day, which cost 400,000 VND (about 7 kilometers away from the hotel). It is more cost-effective to rent a motorcycle. The next day, charter a car to Trang an Chang'an Scenic Area (Lulong Bay) ➝ Hoa lu Hualu Ancient Capital ➝ Lunch ➝ Baiding Temple Chùa Bái Đính-Ninh Bình Tour, 1 million VND. On the third day, go to Mua Caves (Hang Mua) (4.7 kilometers) and rent a bicycle. Back to Hanoi, book a bus from the hotel for 200,000 VND/person. The ticket is cheap. 사장님 영어는 잘 못하시지만 번역기 사용해서 답변해주시고 엄청 친절합니다. 방도 넓고 깨끗해서 편하게 지냈습니다. 조식은 초콜릿팬케이크, 오믈렛, 달걀후라이, 망고주스, 커피 주문했는데 기본적으로 바나나는 하나씩 나오고 전체적으로 양이 많아서 배불리 먹었습니다.

Friendly hosts. Large, clean rooms. Great breakfast and family are very generous and helpful. Rented a bike from here and given directions. Hosts english not great, but that said, they couldn't do enough for me. Would definitely stay again.

Super location and very helpful staff.
The rooms are nice, big and clean, and the bathroom is very nice.
The owners are super helpful and the location is nice and quiet and yet only a few minutes walk from the Main Street. It was too cold for the pool, but that also looked amazing. Can highly recommended, great value for money.

We only had one night in Tam Coc but were made to feel welcome at the Lavender homestay. The owners did not speak much English but were kind and friendly. We had a home-cooked breakfast and were given pineapple on arrival and as a snack later in the day. The bedroom was large and comfortable.

We had an absolutely lovely stay here! The hosts are so kind and welcoming and helped us with any requests. The location of the apartments are great - very close to the centre of Tam Coc for dinner and a short bike ride to the main attractions in the area. The breakfast was lovely and the rooms are also clean and well kept. Thank you for a fantastic visit!
