SShalvinaaFirst of all, I would like to say that I never expected such a hospitality, the art work, atmosphere, and the staff politeness towards our family.
Special thanks to Ms. Luna, she even gifted our 1 year old some gift to bring back home, suggested nearby shops, some thing to do at our next stop.

TTRINH BAOThe hotel boasts an excellent location, just a short walk from Hoi An Ancient Town, making it very convenient for sightseeing and exploring local cafes. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. However, the service felt a bit impersonal and the amenities were rather basic, leaving some room for improvement. Overall, a pleasant stay mainly thanks to the location.

SSofia1995Great hotel, everything is new!! We were met in the heat with an umbrella near the car, the welcome soft drink was delicious and refreshing, the staff is extremely attentive and caring, they helped inflate the pool rings, we rode free bikes, they wanted to help with the transfer to the pier, the breakfasts were delicious, filling, there is food for any stomach, we spent 2 days in the hotel wonderfully! Thank you, we hope to come back!

AArcherName774The staff is incredibly friendly and talkative in a good way. The room is decent, but my view was just to the street. I enjoyed the lemongrass smell in the room. The bathroom is good, tap water doesn't stink and the water is hot. In my room the drainage could be cleaned. Unfortunately because there were few people in the hotel the breakfast was not a buffet: I was asked to order from the menu, the food quality was mediocre (juice was freshly made, mi quang was not good, ”cheese” was just that kind of sliced cheese they use for burgers, an omelette was good), but variety and quantity is decent. The service during breakfast was great and I felt welcomed

JJASMINE HHHNice hotel with strategic location. The beach is just across the road, nearby has a lot of shops and restaurants. The hotel has its own pool, kid club, spa and restaurant. The price is reasonable and with nice ambience, breakfast has variety of choices and good of food. The highlight for us was the exceptional level of customer service. All the staff were polite, understanding and tried to help us and supply us additional bottles of water when requested. The free tea break was great and awesome service by Hotel. The restaurant waitresses are friendly and helpful.

HhollysmithA great home stay, they have multiple rooms and run it a little like an Airbnb or hotel but still keep the family touch behind home stay experiences. Family is kind, attentive, and great to chat to even with language barriers.
Free bicycles to use which is great because it’s a bit of a walk or cycle into old town. We think it’s a good distance but cycling shortened it. They do laundry but we didn’t use. They also have a dog who is a funny character.
To note for guests who are particular: Some things were a bit unclean in our room which is why we put 3/5. Amenities were good but shower head has a mind of its own and water temp is high (great and unusual for the surrounding properties we stayed in, but careful for unexpected water angles). Room also smelled damp and it was hard to get rid of smell. If this was a hotel it would be not acceptable, but given it’s a home stay we didn’t make a fuss. Just including in the review as homestays really range.

รรังสิตMy girlfriend and I really like this place. Everything is perfect. The room is very good, spacious, good bathroom (but I wish there was a dry and wet zone). The staff is very good, helpful in everything.
We got a room next to the pool, thought it would be noisy, but it was very minor. We slept very well.
The breakfast is excellent.
