"I stayed two nights at this hotel and had a wonderful time! The room was spacious, spotless, and had a lovely balcony. The location is perfect — within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants, and the old town (about 15 minutes on foot). What truly made my stay special was the friendliness of the staff. A special thank you to Trâm, who went above and beyond: she recommended restaurants, shops, and activities, booked them for me, and even helped me sort out some last-minute flight issues before I left. Thanks to her, I really felt taken care of and enjoyed the best of Hoi An. I could not recommend this place enough and will definitely come back if I get the chance!"

"We arrived after a night at a resort in Danang where I had lost my glasses. Hien (who checked us in) was very helpful in giving us turn by turn directions to the nearest optical shop. She even offered to take us there in person on her break (this place is a 10 minute walk away). Her generous offer and sincerity really impressed us, and is much appreciated."

"Hannah House is situated conveniently near the night market but with enough distance that it is quiet. It is only a 10 min walk from hoi an old town (＜ 5 mins by bicycle which they provide for free) The room was very well equipped and clean, and even had Netflix. 100% recommend this place!"

"Had a fantastic 3 night stay at Vaia Hoi An Boutique. This quaint boutique is a short walking distance to the Hoi An old town and the night market, ideal location for exploring town on foot or  by bikes. The deluxe double room was very comfy and well maintained and I had a very quiet room in the back. Staff were amazing, very approachable, attentive and just friendly. We had a lot of laughs and great memories. Ms Long, Phung and the chef were lovely and they went beyond and above to make my stay an awesome one. The pool is a welcome feature, especially with the heat. Room price is really reasonable, highly recommended!"

"I had such a wonderful stay at this charming hotel! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with a warm, homey vibe that made me feel instantly comfortable — it felt like a perfect birthday gift to myself. 😄 🛋️ Interior & Ambiance The lobby and common areas are beautifully decorated with vibrant plants, cozy furniture, and colorful touches. I especially loved the curved blue sofa and the natural wood accents that gave it a retro-modern feel. The space is well-lit, clean, and feels lovingly maintained. 🛏️ Room Comfort My room was compact but super cozy! The bed was comfortable, and the attached bathroom had a beautiful patterned tile design that gave it character. The room had everything I needed — aircon worked well, and the amenities were thoughtful. I loved the artistic lighting and the photo decor above the bed — small touches that made a big impact. 🚿 Bathroom Glass partition with a stylish and clean design. Hot water worked perfectly and the water pressure was just right. It felt luxurious even in a modest space. 💡 Extras I Loved • Very Instagrammable spots throughout the hotel • Quiet and peaceful — ideal for resting • Staff were friendly and attentive 🎁 Overall If you’re looking for a place with heart, soul, and style — this hotel is it. It’s more than just a place to sleep; it feels like a warm, little retreat. I’d absolutely recommend it for solo travelers, couples, or anyone who enjoys boutique-style comfort."

"Our stay at the Fami retreat Villa Hoi An was one of the best I have ever had! We stayed a total of 3 nights there and are more than satisfied. The rooms are as in the pictures very cozy and the beds extremely comfortable. Also the pool is very large and optimal to swim a few small lanes. For this already a 10/10! But even better was our host Nguyen. He received us on arrival, showed us everything and made himself directly available for questions. In addition, he took extra time to give us tips on what we can do in Hoi An. The first morning he invited us to breakfast and we had a lot of fun with him and other guests. On our last evening we had a barbecue together and spent a nice evening together. On our now almost 2 months Asia trip we did not have by far such a nice stay as with Nguyen in the Fami retreat Villa. For anyone who likes social contact and wants to make the most of their stay in Hoi An, the Fami retreat Villa is a must! 101% recommendation. Gladly again!"

"Really nice hotel, ideally located along the river and at a walking distance from the ancient city of Hoi An. Staff is really friendly and helpful. The hotel has a small but really nice pool, which is perfect after a day of strolling around the small street of Hoi An. Room are cheap and it's overall an awesome.value for money!"

"The staff is incredibly friendly and talkative in a good way. The room is decent, but my view was just to the street. I enjoyed the lemongrass smell in the room. The bathroom is good, tap water doesn't stink and the water is hot. In my room the drainage could be cleaned. Unfortunately because there were few people in the hotel the breakfast was not a buffet: I was asked to order from the menu, the food quality was mediocre (juice was freshly made, mi quang was not good, ”cheese” was just that kind of sliced cheese they use for burgers, an omelette was good), but variety and quantity is decent. The service during breakfast was great and I felt welcomed."

"The room was very clean and the family that owns the hotel is very kind and helpful. They recommend places to eat and visit and also allowed us to check in early after our overnight bus that we got little to no sleep on. Overall this has been one of my favourite places that I have stayed at in Vietnam thus far."
