It's a pretty new hotel, rooms are very clean and comfortable! Breakfast is good and the reception is very friendly and helps you with everything you need :) Location is a bit far from the city center, but you can just use the free bikes and go there in 10 minutes!

The location is relatively remote. From Da Nang Airport, the driver didn't know the way using Google Maps. There are no other restaurant options nearby.
The front desk clerk was very nice, but I didn't expect that the deluxe room requires stairs and has a terrace looking at the swimming pool. The room is wide, and the toilet and bathroom are separated. Unfortunately, the water in the shower is weak and the water is lukewarm. People are very dissatisfied. The swimming pool is relatively small and the breakfast options are not many. Because the location is remote, it takes a long time to wait for a taxi.
On the morning of the second day, I discovered that there was a problem with the electricity. There would be no electricity suddenly, and then it would be restored. The front desk replied that the power company was working nearby, but it only affected the building where we lived. They were very nice and compensated us for this. , which is half price from Hoi An Ancient Town to Dangang Hotel.

Since it was winter, I didn't go to the swimming pool to swim. As soon as I opened the door, I found the swimming pool within a few steps, just like a private swimming pool with rooms. Very cost-effective. Newly renovated. The room is right next to the swimming pool. The buffet breakfast is okay. There are not many choices, but it is worthy of the price. Eat whatever you want before leaving the hotel. We are traveling anyway.

We recently stayed at the Serene Nature Hotel & Spa and must send a huge thank you to all reception staff who made us feel so welcome as soon as we walked through the door. I had a fair amount of contact with the hotel beforehand and always received a reply promptly (thank you Sally!). The hotel arranged our pick-up from the hotel which was effortless. Thank you to Rossie, Lily and Catherine also. Every morning we were greeted with a smile and all staff had an incredibly friendly persona and hospitality was second to none. Rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. The pool area is a perfect escape from the business of Hoi An. Special thanks to Peter and Mean in the hotel restaurant for their great meals and chats. The hotel also offers a great spa service and we really recommend Vy and Anh. We can’t wait to come back to Hoi An and stay again!
