Front is good. She recommends any thing. Room is clean. Easy to sleep

Room was ok. No strange smell. Basic travel disposable provided. Water pressure great. AC working well. Pool is at back of hotel, provided some privacy Vs those that have the pool right outside. Great for chilling in the hot weather. Overall nice place. Free bicycle provided to roam around. Near the happening area, within walking distance but not too near so can have a quiet rest at night. Staffs are friendly and offered help proactively.

Cosy family-owned hotel close to the river. Staff was very helpful and friendly. There’s even a small pool. Absolutely worth the price. I stayed for 3 nights total. There‘s a laundry service right next door (30K/Kg).

Such a great place to stay if visiting the city. Friendly staff who will help you book experiences, and are welcoming once you walk in. If you need any recommendations for shops and food they have great advice as well. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Will definitely rebook again on a next visit

Nice little hotel close to the river. Spacious nice rooms with comfortable beds. You can borrow bicycles and the reception helps you with everything you need. Staff is really good especially MUỘI!

we went for a one night stay. the villa staff was very hospitable and introduced to us how to travel around Hoi An. the bikes were free and we could also rent a motorcycle to get around. moreover, the buffet breakfast was simple but good enough. in short, it’s a very nice place to stay in Hoi An.

Large and clean room. Unfortunately the wall between the bathroom and the room had an obvious humidity problem and when we came back we could smell mold (and the wall itself is stained). For the rest, nothing to complain about, I would improve the bikes because they are really heavy to drive (they are free but some maintenance is necessary), a few more options for breakfast for those who prefer a sweet one like us Europeans. Really very kind staff, not everyone spoke English but they made themselves understood. Often there was a strong smell of food in the stairs and hall, but we noticed that in all family-run hotels it is like this (they cook in the kitchen which is on the ground floor and the smell spreads everywhere). Close to the center of Hoi An, about ten minutes/a quarter of an hour maximum. Recommended!

The hotel is near the old town, about 7-8 minutes walk, quiet, nice and airy rooms, new everyone 🥰🥰, the taxi driver who took me from Da Nang said this hotel is far from the old town, charged me 100k, but I said it's too far, in the end it's close, just a little walk away 🥹
