A great hotel centrally located in beautiful Hoi An. An easy walk to the river, markets and ancient town along with the buzzing night life. Just a short ride to the interesting and beautiful Cua Dai Beach as well. Hotel staff are helpful, happy and willing to assist. The pool is warm and clear and in fact one day it got too warm and they added lots of giant ice blocks to cool it a bit. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would not hesitate to recommend it.

My partner and I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Signature Hoi An, and we absolutely adored our entire experience! From the moment we arrived, everything was just perfect. The location couldn't have been better – it was so easy to explore the charm of Hoi An, but still felt wonderfully peaceful when we returned to the hotel. Our room was not only incredibly stylish and beautifully designed but also super comfortable, making it a joy to relax in after a day out. Breakfast each morning was a real treat! There was such a delicious spread, and we always looked forward to starting our day with their tasty offerings. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the staff. Every single person we encountered was so genuinely friendly and welcoming. When we checked in, they even gave us a really helpful map with all the local attractions marked out, which was such a thoughtful touch. Whenever we had a question or needed a recommendation for where to go, they were always ready with great suggestions and a smile. A special shout-out to Vy – your warmth and helpfulness really made our stay even more special! We honestly loved every minute at The Signature Hoi An. We're already planning our next trip back!

Hotel staff are very nice and supportive , their English proficiency is very good. I didn’t have exact plan in mind, they could suggest where I should visit. Room is clean and amenities are proper. Lovely ambiance, cozy💚, good and clean breakfast. One thing : free bicycle you can lend from the hotel to cycling around

The room was clean, but the attic was a bit small. The lady boss was very welcoming and smiling the whole time. Overall, I was satisfied. It was very close to the ancient city and very convenient.

Everything worked perfectly, which made me feel well taken care of. The hotel is in a great location, practically inside the old town. The front desk can help rent scooters. The hotel is small, with a small swimming pool at the main entrance, which is mostly for decoration. The room was small and clean. The balcony opened through a half-height window. The roof was sloping, and I often hit my head on the window side of the bed. So I changed hotels after only one night. The breakfast was a set menu selected in advance and cooked to order. It was quite tasty. There were ants on the table, which is inevitable in the tropics, so insect-shy people should be aware.

I was worried because there were no reviews, but it was the best choice during my trip to Da Nang. 1. The owner is very friendly and provides good guidance in English about places to visit nearby. Speak English well. 2. Free bicycle rental service is good. 3. The breakfast was delicious, like a home-cooked meal (I highly recommend the banh mi). 4. The location is also great. Go out and walk for about 10 minutes to reach Old Town. Other hotels in the old town are too noisy. But this hotel had a good location and was quiet. I really hope you go there. It was such a happy and warm memory😍

オールドタウンを観光したい方にとって、非常に便利な立地にあるホテルです。主要な観光地へは徒歩5〜10分ほどでアクセス可能です。 部屋は清掃が行き届いており、清潔感がありとても快適に過ごせます。Wi-Fiも安定しており、問題なく使えました。トイレやバスルームも非常にきれいで、シャワーの水圧やお湯の出も申し分ありません。 リーズナブルに宿泊したい方や、気軽にオールドタウンを楽しみたい方に特におすすめの宿です。朝食も複数の料理から選ぶことができ、満足度の高い滞在が期待できます。 ウェルカムドリンクが冷蔵庫に入っていますが水以外は有料なので、気を付けてください。

Cycling in the past, the owner was very enthusiastic to ask if it was safer to park indoors. There were many shops around it. The mattress in the room was very good. Breakfast was a menu the day before. One main meal was accompanied by a drink.

Bad choice! We had chosen this guesthouse for its many references. The hotel is charming, well located, and the welcome was attentive. The rooms - small - are modern, recently renovated and very clean. We booked 2 nights on site. But the first morning, we were woken up at 7am by the noise: the owners had decided to renovate and break down the walls of the room below us. Jackhammer, blows from clubs, music and shouts from the workers... so it was impossible to sleep! We then understood why we were the only guests of the hotel. It was impossible to negotiate an early departure: 2 nights being booked in advance we had to stay and suffer the same thing the next morning. Barely an apology, not a commercial gesture when the laundry done on site was billed twice as expensive as elsewhere. What a shame.
