Good location, 45 mins by GRAB from Da Nang to here @ 350,000 VD . They offerrd me favor to celebrate our Anniversary . The frontdesk & all logistic staff very helpful that made my journey memorable & sweet . We should come in future.

The hotel is a quiet resort with great services and views. We crashed here for one night on our way through and it’s convenient, right near everything you need. The old town is just a quick walk across the bridge. It’s definitely up to a standard of an IHG hotel, which is kind of hard to find in Vietnam.

I had the pleasure of staying at Hoian Central Hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional customer service provided by the staff (Jasmine, Lien (spelling could be wrong) and Anna. From check-in to check-out, they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The breakfast offerings were surprisingly varied and delicious. While the amenities were standard, the hotel's focus on service more than made up for it. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its commitment to integrity and customer care. After checking out, the staff discovered a Visa card left behind and promptly messaged me to arrange its return to my new hotel. This level of honesty and consideration is rare and truly appreciated. The location of the accommodation is quite good, next to the river, there is a swimming pool, but the cleanliness is not very good, the room is damp. Had to change rooms because the toilet could not be used. The breakfast service is good, the food is delicious, especially the pho. The staff provides good service. The bathroom door for the single king-size bed room is open, almost able to see each other. The water seems to have only one level of warmth, but overall everything is okay. Oh, but the air conditioning in some rooms is not very cool.

Absolutely loved the stay! The place feels amazing – clean, modern, and extremely comfortable. Located just a short walk from Hoi An Old Town, it made exploring super convenient. What really stood out was the thoughtful hospitality. Quinny is a fantastic host – she made sure the room was perfectly chilled before our arrival, which was a much-needed comfort after a hot day. Self check-in was smooth and effortless. Honestly, this stay felt better than many hotels I’ve been to. Definitely found my go-to spot for future Hoi An trips! Highly recommend.

Really nice hotel and the service is top notch. We got a free upgrade to a premium room as I requested for 2 family rooms to be side by side. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay here! Location is perfect, 5-10 min walk to Old Town and also plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Staff were lovely and very friendly. Room was perfect, nice balcony, air con worked great, comfy bed, good bathroom and shower. Indoor pool with some deckchairs in the sun was also great. Very clean, the cleaners came every day. Helped us with recommendations for Hoi An and had bicycles that we rented. Would definitely recommend this hotel and we will be back!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Vinci Villa Hoi An, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The staff at Vinci Villa went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, even going out of their way to remember my name throughout my stay. This personalized touch made me feel like a valued guest, and it truly enhanced my overall experience. The room I stayed in was awesome. I opted to have breakfast in the old town most days, however I noticed a number of guests enjoying breakfast at the hotel. One of the standout features of Vinci Villa is its magical location. It’s situated within walking distance of Hoi An’s Old Town. The old town is surrounded by enchanting streets, ancient buildings, and a vibrant atmosphere. The convenience of being within walking distance to many of the city's attractions and popular landmarks allowed me to fully immerse myself in the local culture and experience the charm of Hoi An. I would definitely go back if I was ever in Hoi An again! Be aware that Grab can’t come into the lane, so you’ll need to order your car from the main road.

It's a shame that the video upload didn't work. I stayed on the 4th floor rooftop, which is the highest floor in Hoi An. I asked for a room with a good view, so they prepared it for me, and the owner's impression was just as impressive as the accommodation, which was very kind and cute. The view from the balcony was unique, and it felt like Europe?ㅎㅎThe bed was very wide, and there was even an air conditioner and a fan~ It was a little noisy, but it was very cool and comfortable. It's a 5-minute walk to Old Town, so if you go on a Hoi An restaurant tour that the owner told you about, take a boat, float a wishing boat, have dinner, and go to the night market, the day will fly by. Of course, since there aren't many places with air conditioning, I recommend visiting a massage shop that shouts ”air conditioning bang bang” during the day~ I think I understand why the owner was so confident when he said that since they serve banh mi for breakfast, you can skip other banh mi restaurants. The breakfast was really delicious. The tea and juice they make themselves are also delicious. If you are thinking of staying in Hoi An for a night, I highly recommend you stay here!!
