Mid-island location, quiet, yet close to everything but you won't even need to leave once you arrive!New pools opened in 2022 (one is heated).This condo has it all! The only complex directly on the beach with two pools, a restaurant and bar on-site. This unit has views of everything from your balcony. It is located mid-island so you are within walking distance to shopping and restaurants and not far from the downtown area.You will have access to the pool/bar area, parking garage and the beach!We offer self check-in but we are close by should you have any issues during your stay and are happy to answer any questions.Located mid-island, within walking and/or biking distance to shops and restaurants. The entire island is 3 1/2 miles long and the complex is basically in the middle. Nice, quiet location yet close to everything!You can easily get around the island by foot, bike or renting a golf cart. Local taxi companies charge a very minimal fee to take you anywhere on the island.You are allowed TWO parking spaces. Because the island is so small, most complexes only have room for two vehicles per guest. Please make sure you are aware of this when you book. There is NO option for more parking.
