Perfect for work, family, or fun in 1,100 sq ft of cozy space! All rooms have are equipped with smart TV's! Large back yard with a nice deck and BBQ grill. Full bathroom located in the hallway. You'll find two full bathrooms and two convenient half baths to comfortably accommodate everyone.The spacious kitchen awaits your culinary adventures! It's equipped with a large main refrigerator perfect for big families (the smaller one is retired), and while she has two sinks, one is happily on duty and has always been plenty for a crowd (you'll see a little note on the one taking a rest).We believe in honest charm, so you should know a couple of things: our sunroom is currently taking a little beauty rest (closed for repairs). And, like many homes with history, very rarely, a little reminder of a good Houston rain and moisture might appear as a small puddle in a corner of the living room. surprisingly it never happens during the rain. It’s a tiny, infrequent quirk that happens a few days after a lot of moisture and we’ve got it covered with clear instructions and special colorful towels nearby should you need them – she more than makes up for it with her abundant space and character!Step outside to a large front yard and a private, fenced backyard perfect for outdoor fun and relaxation.
