The entire condo is newly renovated with stylish features. This is a NO SMOKING ALLOWED unit.We are a short distance to the beaches and within walking distance to places where you can eat out and shop (Aldi, Publix, CVS). We are also very close to IMG Academy.The Shorewalk Condo Association offers 2 Pools/2 Spas, Tennis/pickle and basket ball courts, shuffle board and bocce ball court, table tennis, BBQ's, club house with a pool table, large screen TV/lounge area, and an outside dining area. There are clubhouse staff (10am to 10PM daily) to handle your rental/reservations of recreational equipment. You need to bring your pool/recreation pass to use facilities! We provide 4 passes in our condo. They must all be accounted for when you leave or a $20.00 charge each will be taken if any are lost.LIVING ROOM:Roku TV with basic Spectrum and access to key in your own account (HULU, Netflix, etc.)DINING AREA:Seating for 4Our Lanai is enclosed to keep you comfortable on too hot or cold days.
