From your designated parking spots (yes, you have 2 spots that are just for you in the Port!) you will enter this condo through the beautifully appointed lobby at the private guest entrance on the right side of the building (from parking lot) with keypad and sign that reads "Harwich Port Commons". For ease of unpacking there is a large capacity elevator located just down the entrance hallway along with a staircase for access to the second floor. Unit 204 is located in the rear left of the building. When you enter Beach Therapy you will find a luxurious light-soaked bi-level floor plan waiting for you. Wide plank oak hardwood floors and modern coastal decor greet you along with a deluxe chef's kitchen with a Wolf induction range and convection oven. Fridge, microwave, dishwasher - all appliances are stainless steel and of the highest quality. A large quartz with marbleized finish breakfast bar with nautical lighting that seats 3 accents this fabulous kitchen. The 9 ft ceilings are so welcoming as you enter the combination dining and living area. You will find a large white washed barn board style dining room table with seating for 6. The living area invites you to relax on the oversized couch or plush chairs. Through the slider you will enter your private balcony to enjoy morning coffee and watch Harwich Port awake. Off the hallway you will find Bedroom #2 with a queen bed, dresser and large closet. Across the hall is Bathroom #1 a full bath with Carrara marbleized porcelain tile flooring and a flat front soaking tub in a wonderful nautical decor. Bedroom #1 is at the end of the hallway with a plush king size bed, dresser and large walk in closet. Includes a flat screen TV for bedtime viewing. The en-suite bathroom has double sinks and a rain shower head in the tiled shower with mosaic details and frameless glass doors. Off the dining area you will find the staircase that leads you to the upstairs bonus room and rooftop terrace. You are greeted at the top of the stairs by a deluxe dry bar with mini fridge, comfortable couch with chaise lounge that opens to a bed for extra sleeping. This vacation rental is 5 houses from Bank Street Beach and a shortcut through to Harwich Port's Main Street center for shopping and dining. Let Us Tell You About This Home: The first thing you will notice in this private neighborhood is the amazing landscape with native flowers and mature trees allowing the sun through but providing lots of shade. The second thing is how close you are to Bank Street Beach - just 5 houses away! And across from the home is small shortcut that brings you right out to Main Street Harwich Port for some of the best dining and shopping on the Cape. Park your car in one of the 4 spots at the house and never use it again! As you enter the home the two king bedrooms are to the left - one in front, the other in back. Both are large rooms with plenty of space - the bedroom in back has an extra large closet. **New homeowners for 2025! They are opening up a third bedroom which will incorporate two Twin sized beds and brings the occupancy up to six guests!** You'll enjoy two full bathrooms as well. One with a shower/tub combination. The other has the washer/dryer laundry area and a full bathroom with a shower. The living room, dining room and kitchen are open-concept with seating and flat-screen TV in the living room, a dining table for four and a kitchen with the amenities you are looking for like a dishwasher, microwave and blender for those frozen drinks on the deck! Window A/C units are in each bedroom and one in the living room which cools the home. Make your way into the great room with high ceilings, skylights and ceiling fan. You'll find additional seating for reading beach novels and having snacks before you go out to the deck for libations. Through the sliding glass doors, you will find a large deck with areas of shade and sun for lovers of both! The dining area with an umbrella will be where you have your typical vacation dinner after cooking hotdogs and burgers on the gas grill. There are chairs for relaxing and soaking up the sun. The outdoor shower with both hot and cold water is ideal for rinsing off sand after a day at the beach. The backyard is large and has plenty of space for your furry family members, too! You will find beach chairs and a beach cart in the shed out back. There are two parking spots out front and two spots on the side of the house with a path to each area. Just five houses down is the very popular Bank Street Beach ocean side. No waiting for a parking space to open up as this is a short walk for most. On the other end of the street is a shortcut path that brings you right into the parking lot behind Cape Roots and Cranberry Liquors and then right onto Main Street Harwich Port where something is happening all summer long.
