Our home is in the 1st (and closest) phase of Ekahi and is just steps away from the main pool pavilion, the beach, and a second pool even closer. Explore the beach path for miles in both directions!This home is privately owned and cared for. No rental agency! We are just a phone call, text, or email away.Step off the lanai of this beautiful ground floor unit right onto the Great Lawn, take a left and you're at the pool and beach in 60 seconds. In the fully updated unit, there is a large bedroom with a king bed with a pillow-top mattress as well as a pull-out bed in the living room. We offer two brand new large 4K TV's with Chromecast and blu-ray players, access to streaming services, and cable TV. Brand new quiet mini-split AC units in the living room and bedroom were installed in January 2022. The bathroom has a walk-in shower (no tub). In addition to the main patio, there is a private lanai off the bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. We provide beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, snorkel gear, and other beach vacation amenities. Haleakala summit is about 90 minutes drive from the condo, and a little over twenty minutes to the start of "the Road to Hana". You won't find better weather on the island, because Maalaea lies within the driest and sunniest microclimate in Maui, yet is kept comfortable by tradewind breezes. If you are planning a special occasion, we would love to help you find ways of making your stay extra special! We can provide celebratory touches, such as banners, flowers, special table settings, and champagne chilling in the fridge, all at cost of the items plus gas and travel time.
