The unit is wheel-chair manageable with spacious rooms, hallway and wheel-in shower. High speed internet offers 132 Mbps. Ask us about using the lovely garden to hold a small outdoor BBQ reception or a fun marshmallow roast at the fire pit.The entire downstairs unit is for your use. It has a private front and back door, as well as French Doors opening to the private formal terrace and garden. Behind the garage is the outdoor dining area with a gas grill, and further back is a sitting area with a fire pit. We want you to enjoy it all!You may enjoy and use the entire back yard. Tenants upstairs in the house (who have their own private entry and outdoor deck) may use the dining area and the fire pit, but priority always goes to our downstairs guests.We live nearby and we enjoy meeting our guests!
