The room was clean, service was very good, staff was very friendly and concierge helped a lot with luggage. Hotel is a little old, but everything is in good condition. Shuttle bus was a great bonus.

I asked for a nice view, this is what i got. (A view from cemetery) The sink clogged, room was small. Pillows are stinks.

Booked a quadruple room for a family of four and I would say it’s value for money for the amount we paid, which included a nice breakfast. Location is convenient, helped by the regular free shuttle buses which go to either Hong Kong station or to Causeway Bay. Rooms are small but comfortable and clean with the daily housekeeping. Breakfast is really busy during peak hours but the staff are extremely patient and friendly to ensure all guests have an enjoyable meal. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends or even to fellow Singaporeans, because we love good vale hotel deals!

Hotel was overall ok, the daily breakfast was good! The gym was well equipped & the interconnecting rooms were good for families (2 under 2 babies) and they provided a crib. Free water refill is also provided. View from room not too bad as in pic. However, cons is that is far from train station and they DONT provide disposable toiletries like toothbrush which I felt is a basic thing to do given that its for personal hygiene. Room also super cold, temperature cannot be adjusted. Also, if calling a cab, most of then dont drop off directly at the hotel lobby area, they usually drop off at the side of the road. Overall it was a pleasant stay for my babies and my family!

The room I was in had a view of the next door graveyard, which was creepy! The room was so small that the double bed almost touched the walls on both sides ＞＜. The staff was rude when I checked in and my overall experience wasn’t great.

Our second time staying at this hotel and it didn't disappoint. This time, we made use of the hotel shuttle bus. We also loved the convenience of having the Peak Explorer bus within walking distance. Awesome stay. Will be back😀

Stayed at this hotel for few nights during our HK trip and it was great. I especially liked the breakfast buffet which had a variety of options including both Asian and western cuisines. Room was decent size, especially by HK standards. Staff was also was helpful and was available when we’re had questions/helped with our luggage. Would stay here add again next time I’m in town

We had a great experience during our stay in Dorsett Wanchai. We enjoyed the very comfy bed and best view on the 25th floor, which was given as a complimentary gift since one of us is celebrating her birthday, plus a bottle of wine as a gift. The only thing is that we are four pax and two pax need to check out early so they cannot take breakfast, so we just requested a breakfast box for them to bring since it is very expensive in Hong Kong and a breakfast box would be good, especially for those who need to go early in the morning. The receptionist said that their breakfast is only for dine-in and there is no option for takeout or breakfast boxes. I suggest that since you are a four point five-star hotel, you should have an option for breakfast boxes since all guests are paying for breakfast, anyway its fine and just a suggestion. But all the staff are very accommodating, and it was a memorable experience for us. Thank you🥰 P&R Team

The hotel is really convenient for family, the tram is located right in front of the hotel, the service is good. The bathroom might be a bit small tho! Overall it’s great breakfast is nice and complete don’t expect much veggie option

The room was very different from the promotional photos. There were no windows in the entire room and the air quality was very poor. Regret the experience of staying.

Hotel with excellent service. Breakfasts (buffet) with wide range of meals. Hotel is situated in quite good place and has free shuttle bus services to mostly common places of the city. From 6 to 7 p.m. there is candy bar in lobby.

great comfy room with good wifi. shuttle bus service is wonderful and gets you around easily. room has a samsung tv too which helps with screencasting. the horse racing museum is just an underpass across the hotel too. breakfast has a good spread of HK and international cuisine. gym is well furnished too.
