Room is very spacious, projection TV is great. However I felt if a Queen bed instead of King bed is used, would give a little more walking space around the bed. The staff for check in and cleaning staff are friendly.
The washer and dryer is useful but needs to look into maintenance as well. It was rather dirty inside the drum. I ran a tub clean function and let it dry for a day before using. I also wiped down the washer door and seal after tub clean done.

Great location for Mongkok but customer service quite average and not customer accommodating. Don’t think will be staying again.

Receptionist is not good, no service mind. She do not carefully check the booking information. We take time for check in.
We book single bed but we get double bed. Our booking, it's Included tea, coffee and drinking water as complementary but in fact, we got only drinking water and need to asking for it

About 10mins walk from metro. Service is okay, room is clean and tidy. Room s is small tho but worth for this price.
