My original travel plans were unfortunately canceled due to a typhoon. I was charged for five days even though I only stayed for four. Thankfully, Ctrip compensated me for the loss, as despite numerous attempts by Ctrip to contact the hotel, they refused to make any concessions. On the positive side, the hotel's location is excellent. Both the Exhibition Centre MTR Station and Causeway Bay MTR Station are convenient, though I personally recommend the Exhibition Centre station. The area around the hotel offers abundant options for both shopping and dining. The hotel service was also very attentive and excellent.

You can see Victoria Harbour from the hotel. It's about 500m from Causeway Bay shopping mall! It doesn't feel like a five-star hotel: I didn't even notice it when navigating nearby, the lobby is on the third floor, and you have to wait until 3 PM to get your room key. There are only about four or five rooms per floor. The breakfast area isn't big, and the variety is limited, but I still managed to fill up. It was my first time seeing a machine for freshly squeezed orange juice. The breakfast cost is the same as the five-star Marco Polo hotel, which is not worth it!

My stay at the Renaissance Hong Kong Harbour View Hotel was, overall, very satisfying. Its location is undoubtedly its biggest asset; the hotel has a direct skybridge to Wan Chai MTR station, making Central just two stops away. The Golden Bauhinia Square and the Convention and Exhibition Centre are also within easy walking distance, ensuring incredibly efficient travel. The sea-view room I stayed in was truly the highlight. The panoramic Victoria Harbour views unfolded before my eyes all day long, from the sparkling waters and distant sails by day to the dazzling neon lights by night. It was captivating from dawn till dusk. Shopping is equally convenient. The hotel is directly connected to Pacific Place, home to numerous luxury brands. Causeway Bay's Times Square is a mere ten-minute walk away, and Tsim Sha Tsui's Harbour City is just one MTR stop away, catering to all shopping desires. With its unbeatable location as its core strength and its stunning sea views as its winning feature, this hotel is an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers exploring Hong Kong.

The staff were incredibly helpful. My original check-out time was 12:00 PM, but when I asked the front desk if I could have a late check-out, they happily granted me an extra hour. When I called again while out on an errand to ask for a 2:00 PM check-out, they were equally accommodating. Ultimately, I didn't get back to the hotel until 4:20 PM. Despite the significant delay, the front desk didn't charge me any late check-out fees and processed my check-out without issue. They even helped me with my luggage and hailed a taxi for me. This level of service was truly exceptional. The room was also very spacious, and the night view was absolutely stunning. Its location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to both the subway and taxis. Overall, a highly recommended hotel!

Park Lane Hotel is an ideal location for me. Easy access to all amenities and even have supermarkets right at the door step especially during typhoon season that was god send i can honestly say.
Specially shout out to couple of the “Doorman” Sony and Awatar they have been doing fantastic job and make you welcomed and wanting to come back to stay in this hotel again.
Minor suggestion is that there are only handful of benches …. very uncomfortable even though every hotel is different but still
believe they are need to put more attention to the guests experience. MORE SEATING PLEASE !!!!

Checked in on a rainy day. The front desk suggested an upgrade to an Executive Room for an extra 500 RMB. This meant immediate check-in instead of waiting until 3 PM, plus a complimentary afternoon tea for two after 5 PM and breakfast for two. We decided to go for it. It definitely made us feel a bit better about being in Hong Kong during a black rainstorm warning. The service was very thoughtful. Although the breakfast restaurant wasn't huge, it had a very comprehensive selection and the food was good. The afternoon tea was surprisingly excellent – so good we didn't even bother with dinner that evening, haha! A great choice!

Excellent hotel, large rooms above expectations, the room was clean and well-equipped, underwent basic cleaning, received water and clean towels every day. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful in everything (including ordering food and recommendations for attractions). Located a few minutes walk from the metro. There isn’t a washing machine in the hotel!
The WIFI was the worst I have ever saw!!!

We were at the said hotel because of MU match on 30 May 2025.
The location to Hysan Place is about 8 to 10mins walking distance where we bought MU jersey on those two days. Not only that the nearby area got restaurants like 鼎泰丰 and Japanese restaurant.
Walk Abit further, there are mall like SOGO, Lee Gardens building got a lots brand good shops.
There are even local fruits stall n market too.
Lastly, all the concierge staffs and front line staff are nice and friendly. They always greeted and opened the door for us to enter or exit.
Thank a lot for your excellent service and let us feel like a home.

I received a complimentary upgrade to a tatami room on a weekday, which was a nice gesture. However, I must point out that the standard room I originally booked was priced at over 1500 for the second night, and I personally feel that 1500-2000 would be a more fitting price point for a tatami room.
The location is excellent; it's convenient for getting around, and there's ample space for taxis or ride-sharing services to stop.
Cleanliness: Average. Tatami mats are notoriously difficult to maintain, and there were some stains on the Roman blinds. More concerningly, I found some black spots on the bed (likely residue from the washing machine).
Environment: The design was aesthetically pleasing, but surprisingly, the tatami room lacked any seating. Sitting directly on the tatami mat is very low, and without a proper chair or table, I had to stand to do my makeup. This isn't very comfortable for knees or joints. While I appreciate the unique experience of a tatami room, I suggest they provide at least some low stools or similar seating options.
Service: Good, especially considering I received a complimentary upgrade.
Facilities: I must comment on the automatic curtains. I was actually woken up in the middle of the night by the distinct sound of someone else's curtains closing, which I could hear very clearly. This indicates that the soundproofing is quite poor.
Very Good
