Perfect location. The hotel is close to everything. My room is spacious compared to the HK standard. However, it starts to show its age. The air con is a bit weak. They only provide basic amenities such as toothbrush and paste. The staff is friendly and prompt. I would recommend to stay for its location.

Check in was fast and room was good size for the price and area of Causeway Bay which is always busy.
There was a tap for filtered water in bathroom to refill bottles and drink clean water.
Room was quiet and air con strong though Hong Kong was cool during visit. Decor in room was older but hotel has classical design and grand looking reception area.
Did not try other facilities or food as many restuarants nearby.
Would stay here again.

Hotel wifi is extremely spotty. At nightbtine it is non existent. Very frustrating for hotel guests either zero wifi

We arrived at a room on the 12th floor, very musty and not as clean as you work hope. Staff at reception immediately helped out and upgraded the room to a much better one.
It’s very outdated but does the job, socially for Hong Kong prices. Location is ideal, and pool surprisingly pleasant.

Old and in desperate need of modernising.
The bathroom was flooded after a shower as the shower cubicle door didn't have the correct seals in.
However, staff were very attentive to our needs and even had a shuttle bus ( only for certain rooms) that took us to the airport, which we didn't know.
At night ( in our room , anyway) was noisy, sounded like a motor elevator.
Overall, not our best stay. The only thing that saves it is its location.

酒店已經很舊了，感覺像也比較臟，廁所要連沖好幾次才能沖乾淨。前台人員和服務人員態度都非常惡劣，我有一件行李要託寄他們一下，跟前台人員説了，他頭也不抬一下，叫我要自己拉過來，我就自己把行李放到他面前了，他還是連抬頭看我一眼都沒有。到最後我很生氣了，指責他説為什麼態度這麼差，他才開始聆聽我要交代的事。
還有就是他們的網絡連接上了，但是完全沒反應，我就打電話到前台問為什麼網絡完全不行，最諷刺的是前台一個女經理接電話，我跟她説廣東話，她用英文迴應，説”你衹可以説英文！”（English only!） 在我們中國境內的酒店，一定要説英文才可以！！！到最後接了我們一個移動網絡寬帶，還要先付2000元保證金，到退房的時候把移動寬帶還給他，才會把2000元退回。我走過全世界二十多個國家，入住過上百家酒店，這一次的經歷絕對是倒數前三名

The first room I got was unpleasant. The hallway at the floor and inside the room was had a cigarette smokes. I was stay up for a whole day. Inside the room was shocked me! A lot of mirrors surrounding inside the room. On the next day I spoke with front desk and they changed the room to me as what I booked originally. Better view and cleanliness.
More options and convenience to take the public transits. More selections for the restaurants and shops.
