Our room had an ocean view.
The sunset was beautiful, but because of the direction we were in we couldn't see the sunrise.
The shower booth in the bathroom was a little small, and there was no stand to put things on.
The floor hadn't been cleaned, and there was hair scattered everywhere, which was disappointing.
The lighting in the room was also quite dim.
Our impression was that the noise from the main street was louder than the sound of the waves.
As a hotel, it may be better suited to people who have a lot of plans to be outside, as it is a place to sleep.

It's an old hotel, but it's in a great location right in front of the beach.
There's Eggs Things on the first floor, a McDonald's next door, and an ABC Store nearby (open until 11pm, so you can go there like a convenience store to get souvenirs and juice).
You can get ice and beach towels at the front desk.
There's also a microwave and water server on the first floor.
There is no laundry.
There's only one elevator in operation, so you often have to wait a bit.
There seem to be three rooms with oceanfront views on each floor, and the view seems to be better from the middle than from the edges. (Maybe that's just luck...)

It's a great, cost-effective sea view hotel. It's just a stone's throw away from the beach swimming pool. You can go into the water just by crossing the road in your swimsuit. The picture shows the view from the balcony on the fourth floor.
