EverglowTradeVery beautiful and very atmospheric hotel, quiet, cozy, I heard this hotel recommended by Lonely Planet. The front desk is really very serious about asking your needs, the waiter will help you take your luggage to the room, they will enter the room with slippers, and then carefully explain to you how to use the facilities, and the time of the hotel, the evening will be Mosquito coils are placed at the door of each room, and the lamp is soft and full of artistic conception. The room is large, the facilities are complete and practical, the electric fan is equipped with air conditioning too cool, the Sprite Coke in the refrigerator is 4 cans, hahaha, the room is very clean, can be barefoot, the bathroom hygiene and decoration standards are very high, I personally ask for the bathroom Very high, this hotel is satisfied, the room is equipped with a small garden, there are tables and chairs in the garden and hammocks, each room has a hammock at the door, very comfortable, the hotel is like in the forest, the pool is not big, because The number of rooms is not much, the main experience is exquisite, the breakfast is mainly American and continental breakfast, although it is not used to eating, but it is really authentic, there are still many people dining at the restaurant in the evening, everyone chats with the sky, the atmosphere is really very Affection~ I have a van delivered to the airport all day. The driver is very caring. I will definitely stay again. The boss has been chatting with me for a long time. The boss is a foreigner. I am here to open this store with my friends. It is so good~ Recommend this hotel, it is worth the experience!

Casa Belina staff were the most friendly, welcoming and accommodating that is!
Super clean, A/C worked perfectly, they took care of our laundry and welcomed us with a drink. Their hospitality is superb and they are are always super willing to help.
Absolutely recommended and also conveniently located, not far from a good variety of restaurants, malls and the airport.

Our stay at this inn in Puerto Princesa truly exceeded my expectations. We arrived from a long trip, and even before we could get off the van, a staff member was already there to warmly welcome us and assist with our luggage. That small gesture immediately set the tone for the kind of service they provide—attentive, proactive, and genuinely caring.
Since it was only a short stay, I didn’t expect much at first. But the level of hospitality we experienced was nothing short of exceptional. The staff were consistently courteous, accommodating, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay.
It’s rare to come across a place where service feels this personal and effortless. They made us feel well taken care of from the moment we arrived until we left. I would definitely recommend this inn to anyone visiting Puerto Princesa, especially if you value warm and reliable service.

Guest UserGood hotel for airport transfer, late arrival. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the bed was a bit small for two people. The airport pick up was arranged and waiting for us. It wasn't free as advertised, we had to pay 200 pesos, so it would be better to specify it before. It is fair and convenient anyway so it's not a problem. The staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast were tasty and plentiful.

Good quality for the price. Breakfast is good and convenient as it saves you the trouble of searching for a place to eat at 6.30 in the morning (tours and transports usually pick you up around 7 am). They also offer the usual excursions and transport to other locations at the standard price. Good location as well, because it is close enough for you to walk to either the baywalk area, which is full of restaurants, or the local market where you can find local street food.

It's like a home. The rooms is spacious: 2 double beds and 1 single. When we go out of the room in the morning, the breakfast is already served hot in a wooden classic dining table near the sala, not like when we check-in in big hotels where we have to go downstairs for bfast and line-up. When the tour guides come, we can even hear them from our room as the concierge was near us.

Guest UserHotel well located near the market and port of Puerto Princesa and not far from the airport. The room and bathroom clean, good breakfast with nice views and good treatment of the staff, however we were not able to see the jacuzzi = S and when asked about it they told us it was only open from 18-20h. Good overall

We stayed for five nights, booking one double room and one family room. Both rooms were sufficiently furnished, and there were tables outside that we made good use of during the day. We were also offered the use of a fridge in the common area, which we really appreciated. From what I understand, only the family rooms come with water heating.
The location is very good—tucked away in a safe, lively neighbourhood and within walking distance of both NCCC Mall and SM City Puerto Princesa Mall, where there are supermarkets and plenty of food options. We were also able to walk to several places of interest in the city, including the Boardwalk, Chinatown, the Heritage Centre, and the Immaculate Conception Cathedral. There’s a laundry just across the road that charges reasonable rates.
The hosts were the best part of the stay. They were family-oriented, warm, hospitable, accommodating, and very communicative. They helped organise tours at prices better than those offered on online platforms. We had a whale of a time at Honda Bay and the Underground River—both are must-experience attractions when visiting Palawan.
Highly recommended for travellers looking for a welcoming place, great hosts, and a convenient location.
