酒店很新，設施齊全，交通便利，服務態度好，尤其是大堂和門衞的工作人員，主動幫助提行李，熱情周到。早餐過得去，環境也不錯。就是房間電視信號不穩定。

辦入住時給孩子送了小禮物，孩子可開心了，主動幫我們安裝了防摔護欄，在這裏住的安心、舒心！前台小姐姐長得漂亮，温柔，服務好，懷化比較好的酒店，推薦大家入住！

酒店大堂空間高大、寬敞，有地下二層停車場，方便停車。
房間寬敞，床品非常舒適，床單被套乾爽，被子厚薄合適。空調温度控制準確。房間內傢俱用品佈置合理，有小冰箱，方便存放保鮮食品。有寫字枱，方便寫東西。
酒店服務好，特別是前台小李，入住時給升了房，值得表揚。
早餐餐廳挺大的，早餐還不錯，品種豐富，品質高。麪、米線澆頭，實實在在的，很贊。
酒店地處市中心，距萬達廣場3公里。離高速公路口5公里左右。
