Everything was spot on! Great location to explore Taroko National Park and little walk around the hotel was also good. It’s also convenient that we could use the hotel’s facilities till 3pm even after checking out. Would love to come back to stay.

Could not go to hotel due to earthquake.
Very poor communication, phone line was occupied for hours, staff hung up on me when I got through - very rude.
No information whatsoever about possibilities to come to hotel and/or reimbursement

The hotel staff service is very good, every staff member is very attentive and friendly.
The facilities are also very good, with many different types of facilities and activities to participate in, as well as many parent-child facilities that are recommended.
As for food, I tried the room service's beef noodles and fried chicken, both were very delicious. The century egg noodles were a bit too spicy. The breakfast buffet was also pretty good.
