The service was incredibly warm and attentive, and airport transfers can be conveniently arranged through the hotel. The hotel boasts a beautiful setting, and the pool is equally stunning. I especially loved the woody scent of the toiletries. I'll definitely choose Meilun Hotel again on my next visit to Hualien.

It’s very easy to travel from the hotel as it’s next to the bus interchange, especially for non drivers. The room is clean and big, the bathroom is spacious and with a bathtub. However, the amenities,even power socket are of an older generation, don’t expect it to Instagrammable or cool in a form, and the sound proofing isn’t the best. I could hear the sound of strong wind at night

Everyone’s in this hotel is amazing, the night shift manager speak fluent English super friendly with high class treatment to us , I really can’t thanks them enough for their kindness, I strongly recommend this hotel for everyone coming to hualian Taiwan , my baby boy enjoyed the kids area and there was a free snacks bar !!! It was my wife birthday and we celebrated unforgettable nights at this hotel thanks for everyone

Updates: I had a great stay at Fullon Hotel Hualien. The room was spacious, comfortable, and has awesome view of the harbor. The location is ideal for me—close to the coast, at the start of the bike trail, and in a peaceful area. I loved being able to borrow a bike from the hotel, making it easy to explore the bike-friendly town. The staff was friendly and attentive. Even those who didn’t speak English used Google Translate to communicate, which I appreciated. The only downside was difficulty reaching the hotel before my arrival to confirm the station pick-up, which wasn’t sorted out and confirmed until the day before I arrived. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this hotel. Most likely will stay here again next time I'm in Hualien. Hopefully, I can reach them easier next time. ==================== 2025/01/13: Impossible to contact as a foreign visitor. I tried to send messages to the hotel via both email and LINE that were listed on their website since I don't live in TW. I tried to arrange for their pick up service from Hualien Station which is included with my stay. I have sent my inquiry for the details. I finally managed to get messages back one time via LINE after a day with a website that's not in English and a picture showing only a phone number for booking. At least the hotel didn't ask me to do international phone call and finally said I can request the booking with them via the LINE channel. So I sent the booking request with details. That was 3 days ago. And I have not received any message back or heard a peep from them. So I assume the service is still not booked. Not that the free ride matters since I should be able to get a cab easily, but the service, especially what's promise and the helpfulness of the staff, is quite underwhelming and on the side of not hospitable. For the same trip, I also had to reach out to Tango Hotel Taipei. They were very helpful with my inquiry and very fast. Hopefully the stay is nice. I'll come back to update my review then.

The hotel is located a little further from the city, the lobby is spacious, the counter staff are friendly, and the check-in procedure is fast and accurate. This time I chose the plan without breakfast. There was a discount if I chose to purchase breakfast on site, but I wanted to have breakfast nearby the next day. The room was upgraded upon check-in to a room with a city view. The room was large and very clean. There were two cans of drinks in the refrigerator and a kettle that could be filled with water from the water dispenser in the corridor. The bathroom has a large bathtub. It is very comfortable to take a bath when returning to the hotel at night after traveling. The water volume and temperature in the bathroom are stable, which is good. The bed felt a bit soft, but the pillows were quite comfortable. The only downside was that the sound insulation was not very good, and I could still hear some noise from the neighboring room.

Fortunately, I was upgraded to a 4-person room with double bed. It's close to the train station, the room is big and bright, the bed is just right, there's a bathtub and a toilet with warm water, and there's even a Dyson hairdryer... This time, trains were suspended due to the 4/3 earthquake. The store has also extended its stay to all residents at a preferential price (free late-night snack set, breakfast the next day) Very sincere👍

Highly recommended to any foreign tourists to stay at Fulkind hotel if you ever plan to visit Hualien.  The location is marvelous ie within town centre and only 5 mins walk to the famous hualien night market.  Service provided by the hotel staffs was tip top. Room is clean n tidy. Also free car park available.

We stayed in the Moyu Executive Quadruple Room Suite for 2 nights. It is located directly opposite the Hualien Transfer Station, with convenient transportation. The hotel counter staff was very friendly. The room is comfortable and clean, only the air conditioning temperature is not easy to adjust, and the breakfast is good. I will stay here again if I have the chance to come to Hualien.

We had a wonderful stay here. The dinner and breakfast were excellent. The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. It is conveniently located near the bus station, which makes it easy to travel to local attractions. We also enjoyed the lobby, which was a nice place to relax. The front desk people were very kind and helpful.

The hostel was really great, same quality as a hotel. We stayed here for 1 night in a bunker bedroom with our 4 year old daughter. Bed was comfortable, shower was good and they had good breakfast. Personel was really kind and super helpful. The location wasn't too far from the night market. They have paid parking spots for a reasonable rate. We highly recommend this hostel.
