優點:酒店大堂挺寬敞，前台的abby非常熱情。我們是下午3點多到的，因為想要一間景觀好點的，但因為節日期間住客比較多，所以還沒有打掃完，為了表示歉意abby還貼心的送給小朋友一張雲上海天的參觀票。還加了我的微信，隨時溝通我的需求。 房間內的拖鞋比較舒服，馬桶是自動的是加分項。二樓的早餐很豐盛，就是人多的時候工作人員有點忙不過來。晚上酒店的夜景很漂亮。 缺點: 牙刷刷毛非常硬，兩次把我的牙床扎到出血。商務層的早餐因為吃飯人少，有些菜品已經涼了影響了味道，還需要工作人員多關注一下。 酒店不論從裝修到服務都很好，就是房間面積略微有點小，對於五一期間2000多的房價來説，價格略高。而且沒有迎賓水果，少了一些親和力。整體來説還是不錯的，下次來青島我可能還會選擇這家酒店。
