5 stars in every category. Services started even before we checked in, with detailed instructions, support to reserve our tickets and a personal English speaking staff which we have never received at any other 5 stars hotels in China. Very clean and superb view of Huangshan.

Everything here was great! The room we had had a good view. The restaurant serves great food and the staffs were great esp the manager, Ms Zhang, was very friendly and sweet. Regrettably, we only stayed there for 2 nights. Think 3 nights or more would be better.

What an amazing experience. Wonderful service and support coming into the Villa with advices on best route to tour the Yellow Mountain. Had dinner onsite for extra cost, wonderful service and catered food due to allergies from my friend. For those of you considering the place, it is truly an amazing and serene experience. Enjoy.

The must hotel to stay as their quality of service is the most sincere and warm. From pre-stay arrangement, meeting at enroute to the hotel, we are taken care of very well. The breakfast and dinner (recommeded by young dinning butler) is excellent and exquisite. The receptionists are really friendly and suggested a lot of great hiking routes. I will not disclose too much on the room but every details in HuaYing provided the guest plenty of surprises with blend of nature and mordern design. Amenities are complete. Lastly, the heart and soul in this hotel is the wonderful people running the hotel.

The housekeeper is responsible and will contact us in advance to book the itinerary, shuttle bus, cableway tickets and tickets.
The food in the restaurant is fresh and delicious, the service staff is very friendly, the whole house is smart, and the facilities are very new.
The experience of Yashi is not bad, the afternoon tea is very exquisite, and the whole homestay is very photogenic.
If sunset and sunrise are important to you, you should walk a few more steps to the surrounding attractions, not to watch them on the balcony of the restaurant, because they are affected by the season and cannot be seen in all seasons. It is very convenient to walk to the Qingliang Terrace to watch the sunrise in ten minutes.
The hotel is equipped with flashlights and down coats, which are very warm and specially prepared for sunrise and sunset.

Beautiful scenery, great food
A seven-seat business car provides round-trip transportation from the Huangshan New National Line transfer point to the cableway station in the scenic area: very convenient and saves a lot of time!
