環境特別特別好，真的每一步都是值得拍照的景色，房間設施設備非常好，早餐好吃，關鍵服務也特別特別周到，真的關注你每一個需求。非常值得推薦，就在老街裏面，逛街也特別的方便，黎陽水街也不遠，大力推薦！！！

設施：設計感很強，結合徽派老屋結構和現代理念完美結合，既給人古韻感，又有現代氣息和便捷。送了香囊手辦和幾種黃山茶葉，讓人感覺賓至如歸。
環境：位置很方便，老街中央，臨江，步行向東延屯溪老街逛，或向西過鎮海橋到黎陽老街，都很方便。
服務：服務細膩周到，打車到北面馬路不能進巷子，管家安排師傅來幫託行李，下雨天提供散，下午安排酒店附送的下午茶，感覺很美好愜意。
餐飲：早餐比較豐盛，湯麪和餛飩現做很鮮美，其他點心和蔬菜味道也很好。
接/送黃山北站或黃山機場：盛師傅很熱情，半個導遊了，對黃山各種專業介紹。

酒店位置特別好，管家服務態度好，早餐很合口，床品非常舒服，一連住了三宿。酒店安排的接機師傅張師傅（***********）人特別好，憨厚朴實，三十年老司機，車技嫻熟平穩，玩的幾天一直讓他帶着我們，如果有來黃山和婺源旅遊的可以聯繫他哦。

非常感謝給我們帶來的美好體驗，在你精心打造的民宿中，我們收穫到了照顧備至的服務和幽靜的環境。
房屋的設計別緻，明亮舒適，內部裝潢乾淨明亮，床上用品給了我們在旅途中解脱疲勞的機會。網紅樓梯有徽味，簡單的一個樓梯有着徽州文化，木雕超有設計感，不愧是每位客人的網紅打卡點。

我是不喜歡點評的人，但是這家店值得推薦給大家，這家店服務沒話説，感覺回到自己家的感覺，新民宿古老的徽派建築重新注入了設計師的靈感，令我格調雅緻，古樸清新，煥發出新的生命，還是網紅打卡地，環境優美，交通方便，房間舒適衞生，樂於提供各種幫助，早餐豐富，不愧是精品民宿。性價比不錯。

談不上服務，喝下午茶我們兩個房間上了一份，等了一個小時另一份還沒上，問了後説忘了😭最糟糕的是提前一天就預約了第三天到火車站的接送車，回的前一天又確認好一早要出發，結果等到時間一直不見車，等得實在來不及了沒辦法，自己叫車去，到車站子已經檢票了。本來請了朋友一起出遊的，説都安排好了，結果來了這麼一出，太尷尬了。雖然酒店給了個打車錢，但是這樣的體驗真的不是小几十塊打車費的問題啊！既然推出的免費接送的服務，那麼就得用心做好，不能放顧客鴿子啊！還有定房間的時候看不到主樓和付樓，到了才知道不在主樓，是在主樓外面的邊上。房間還可以，比較寬敞。
