The sanitary environment is good, and the service is also very good. In order to allow guests who go to Huashan early to have breakfast, some breakfast is provided in advance at 6:30. After 6 pm, there are special staff to help buy tickets for Huashan and answer questions related to visiting Huashan. Parking is convenient, less than 1.5 kilometers away from Huashan Visitor Center, and it is very convenient to drive there. The only drawback is that the toilet and shower are squeezed together, which is inconvenient to open and close the door, and the automatic flush toilet will move randomly from time to time.

After opening the door and going in, I I felt mixed emotions. The room was not cleaned, the garbage was not collected, and the toothbrush and towels were not changed. I don't know how to describe it. I called the front desk, and the front desk said sorry to me and said that I should come to clean it now. I climbed the mountain for more than 10 hours, and I was so tired that I couldn't describe it. I also had to take a shower. How could I handle the problem like this? After half a day, the front desk called me and repeated what their colleagues said before, telling me to change the room. Since it was possible to change the room, why didn't I change it at the beginning? I was too tired to move, and the luggage was not packed, so I didn't change it. In the end, I was still waiting for the result, but she hung up the phone first. I really... After I woke up after resting, their service manager sent me a text message to tell me to send me breakfast to solve this problem. I really... The staff training is not in place, the management's solution to the problem is too perfunctory, the connection between the front desk and the guest room is not close enough, and there are such basic mistakes near the scenic spot. I really don't know how to manage it. It's simply indescribable and unbearable. Even the most basic service is not good. It's really too bad.
