Hotels in Alba Thermal Springs, Hue

I have been here many times, but it has been a long time since they replaced the bedding covers, so they are very dry and rough, which greatly affects my sleep.

My second stay there and hopefully not my last one. If you are looking for a relaxing spa hotel surrounded by beautiful nature and calmness then Alba is your place. Modern architecture, lots of green, great pool, plenty of relaxing activities like yoga and meditation, the onsen, the massages etc. Staff is extremely nice, professional and helpful. I didn't want to leave but unfinished can't do holidays forever

Beyond expectations! Check in/out were breezy, and very kind and helpful receptionists, helped us with airport transfer with good price and some recommendations in this city. Hotel was modernly designed and decorated with quality fittings & furniture. It had sauna facility, no lift but staircase was enough for us. Loved the room, aircond was already on before our arrival which was a very nice gesture(it’s summer month). everything worked well and nicely designed, separate shower and toilet just not bright enough. Bathtub outside of shower room made the ambiance fancy and classy. Scooter rental available with good price, eateries and cafes around, no hassle. It’s highly competitive with the price we paid for this stay, low price with high quality. Thank you

It was close to the city and the tourist area, and The hottest palace was right across the river, so it was great to be able to check in and go right away. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. In particular, the rice noodles included in the breakfast… They were much tastier than the rice noodle restaurants outside, so I highly recommend them. I made a reservation for 3 days at first, and wanted to stay longer, But when I tried to make an additional reservation, the price went up, So I had no choice but to make an additional reservation on another site. I wish I could have made the same price when making a connection reservation. I am satisfied with the hotel.

Calling the hotel is polite, in fact, it is a village hostel in the domestic city; located in an alley in the old city, the air conditioner on the second floor is broken, I jumped to the fourth floor, I can live alone.

I really liked this hotel ☺️ I stayed for 2 nights and booked an economy room without a window, but they gave me a large room with a window) the girls at the reception are very small, they speak English. The room is clean, spacious, there is a refrigerator, TV. Breakfasts are small, but quite tasty (you can choose from the menu). It's a 25-minute walk to the railway station, 5 minutes to the imperial city. I recommend it!

The location is ok, the center has everything, the hotel room is clean and new, the only thing is that there are no windows so it is not airy.

The service is very good and quite enthusiastic. The room facilities are a bit old. There seems to be a KTV or something next to it at night, which may be a bit noisy for some people. It is very convenient to eat around.

Hands down, they have one of the best breakfast spread! There is a good mix of continental and local dishes and plenty of tropical fresh fruits. What I love most is the 2-3 different types of soup noodles they have on rotation daily. We even received a complimentary dinner for 4 pax and the food was very delicious, and service was faultless. The hotel, though not shiny and modern like most are today, it is a very well maintained property. The rooms are very lovely and spacious. We had 2 connecting room and one of it was extremely spacious with a lounging area, very suitable as we’re traveling with kids. The room was spotless and so was the common area of the hotel. The a/c - wow! The only comment I have is the small pool which was really more for dipping than swimming. Lots of cafes and eateries within walking distance and easy to grab back and forth. I have no doubt I’d stay in this hotel again if I’m back in Hue. Big kudos to the team, they truly understand the hospitality business.
