這是我第一次住這個酒店，體驗感非常不好，馬桶打開蓋上面還有明顯的尿液，廁所那個房間尿騷味是真的不是一般濃，本想着這麼大個酒店不會犯這種低級錯誤，沒想到真被我遇到了

酒店一共7層，跟前台小姐姐説了不要靠馬路的房間，她給我安排到了6樓走廊倒數第二間。
雖然沒有窗户，但是房間出奇的吵，即使關掉空調，關掉衞生間的抽風機，依然有一個低沉的轟隆隆的噪音，連續不斷，高達幾十分貝。
因為當天釣魚釣得很累，我懶得再去協調換房，想着忍忍就好了。結果關燈之後，我才發現完全不能睡，因為腦袋一沾枕頭就能清晰地感受到噪音的轟鳴，再加上本人睡覺喜歡側卧，使得這種感覺更加清晰。
半睡半醒地過了一夜，第二天早上6點就起床辦了退房。
朋友更慘，吃了安眠葯還是被極具穿透性的噪音吵醒，從凌晨兩點睜眼到早上六點，一整天眼睛紅得都跟兔子一樣。
就事論事，前台因為看到客人訂的房間便宜，就把客人安排到一個很差的房間，這未免太過功利了些。而一個前台的態度，是否也間接代表了這家企業的文化？
最後，謝謝送的2份早餐。

衹要出差就來這邊酒店住，維也納還是非常值得信賴的，前台服務員服務過程中非常耐心，房間整體很乾凈，裝修風格也很喜歡，酒店就在一個十字路口位置非常好找，推薦入住

不愧是大品牌知名高端連鎖酒店，房間大氣上檔次，寬敞明亮，夠乾淨，大床潔白無瑕，住的夠舒服，夠爽，衞生間也有一股淡淡的香味，非常喜歡，都挺不錯的，維也納還是值得信賴
