We didn’t ask about our room, so they just said we It just so happened that the washing machine in this room was sent for repair... I decided to book this room because it had a kitchen, kitchenware, seasonings, and a washing machine. In the end, I had to pay extra for the kitchenware, and the washing machine was repaired, so why did you give it to me? This room? Seek truth from facts, give what you have, I won’t choose it again next time, the front desk service is okay

The bath towel was very stained, the shower head could not be adjusted and could not be aimed at the body to spray water. There was also a strong smell of instant noodles when I first entered the room. There was a female receptionist who was very cold and arrogant.

I originally booked a hotel for five nights. After the reservation was successful, I drove to Huizhou with my children. However, I was informed by the hotel that "the previous guest did not check out and had to stay for one more night." We were asked to change rooms for one night because I booked the room for tonight first and the order had already been generated, so I didn't agree to this arrangement. The hotel front desk said that the previous guest refused to leave and asked me to forgive them, so they came to negotiate with me. Unreasonable, illegal, I don’t know if I’m easy to talk to, so it’s okay to bully me? I called Ctrip to complain, but I still couldn't do anything about this hotel. Ctrip said that I would be compensated 10% of the amount, but it still couldn't solve the problem. I didn’t ask for any money, so I canceled all subscriptions and filed a complaint with the Consumer Association together with Ctrip and this hotel. This is the second time I've encountered this situation at this hotel, and I'm speechless. There is no spirit of contract at all, you are bullying people.

The location is very good, but the room is very old, the bed is very short, the quilt cover has not been washed or changed for a long time, there are many mites, and I feel itchy when I sleep. It is not recommended to stay here. I did not take pictures. It's basically the same as what the store took. I thought the bed should be shorter. I'm 165 and the bed is basically half the height of my calves. The only good thing is that there is a washing machine and a balcony.
