We certainly got what we paid the cheap price for and we would not recommend this location to any future travelers. The woman who completed our check-in was scattered and didn't seem to be aware that we had made a booking through Trip, asking us to see the time at which we had received the automation confirmation emails. My room was essentially a glorified water closet with no air conditioning despite the summer heat and mosquitoes keeping me up all night. The towels in my friend's room were wet, the sheets were stained, and she could not get connected to wifi or 4G in her room. We were thrilled that it was within walking distance of a mall and even happier to check out the next morning. We will not stay here again nor will we recommend this to any friends traveling through Hailar.

The accommodation is extremely poor! The shower gel used by the last batch of guests has not cleaned up the rubbish everywhere, just accept new guests, the service attitude is bad! This kind of environment cannot be called a hotel or a hotel!
