房間一般.入住後房間很涼.想問一下空調是否有暖風.但是房間座機打不了前台和客服服務的電話.無奈衹能用手機通過攜程撥打.結果空調沒開琿春的晚上衹有零上幾度了但是酒店卻不開暖風空調.問了前台説衹能加被子沒有其他取暖方法.而且空調控制衹有風量調節閥（如圖一）.真是第一次見到這麼奇葩的控制方式.第二天十點多起來發現停水停電.服務人員絲毫未告知.問服務人員什麼時候可以供水供電回答衹有一句搶修今天夠嗆了.並且酒店沒有任何應急措施.刷牙洗臉都沒辦法.還好樓層不高走下去了.無奈衹能退房離開.酒店也沒有任何歉意表達.最糟糕的一次入住體驗.外賣也不讓送上樓.酒店也不再給配送到房間外賣小哥説琿春其他酒店都可以送上樓衹有這家不可以.去琿春要住這家的朋友請慎重考慮（價格也比並不低）

我們四個人住的套房，房間很大很舒適，兩個衞生間。客房服務非常好！夜晚睡覺周圍環境也比較安靜。賓館附近就有向日葵飯店和天仙飯包，吃飯非常方便。距離海鮮市場也比較近！錄的房間視頻沒了，附近吃飯的照片呈上！

對於琿春來説550元一晚的酒店，真的是貴了。除了早餐不錯，其餘真是太差了，房間設施陳舊，毛巾都是線頭很破，而且不白看上去就挺臟的，洗漱備品少衹有牙刷，梳子和刮鬍刀，坐便陳舊，鏡子掉漆，捲紙很低價的那種。

夜景不錯，雖然就是個十字路口。但是視野還好。酒店俄羅斯人比較多，交通方便，停車方便，周圍吃的也比較多，步行去旁邊一條街買了帝王蟹找店家加工了，挺好。早餐中規中矩。
説兩個缺點:電視型號比較老，不能手機投屏，最近正在追劇；淋浴噴頭壞了，衹有不到一半孔可以出水，管子一開還漏水。

晚上打電話 衹有前台有一個值班的 前台説他家衹有他和一個維修師傅值班 其他的服務都沒有 打電話房間座機打電話根本打不通 還是網上查的前台電話得到的消息 這是琿春最貴的酒店了 還這麼差
早餐更糟糕 全是油膩產品 上麪包糕點就是最便宜的那種不説 全是服務員拿手抓 衞生堪憂
服務太差了 再也不想來琿春了
前一晚上的酒店500價格 如家環境設施

這家是我們這些天住着最舒服、品質最好、性價比超高的酒店。四星級檔次，雙床房面積足夠大，窗外視野很好，房間隔音效果佳，住着安靜。衞具是箭牌的，衞生間鏡前燈是聲控的，洗漱用品品質不錯，床單和毛巾都白新，衞生條件很棒。餐廳的阿姨很熱情，服務暖心。酒店位置也很好，有很多老外住，
