Great economy room,clean,warm, compact, great shower and very good lighting for reading. Have stayed here before,room 11 the best economy room to date. Only negative is £10 charge for a check in before 5.30

One person to book in guests, serve drinks and take good orders. You don't see anyone after pub hours if you don't have breakfast. Checked out at 11am told by cleaner to leave key on a table. Twin room only big enough for one person. Beds so narrow you had to do a 3 point turn to turn over. Dink the size of a water fountain, room over the kitchen extractor,so smelly. Glad I only paid £68 a night. Shabby and dingy. Wall paper in corridor pretty but obviously ran out half way! Could be a beautiful place, brilliant location.

We booked this for one night for a theatre trip. Room was small but perfectly functional for what we needed. En suite room, clean and bed was very comfortable. toiletries provided and well stocked tea and coffee. it was ideal for what we needed

Couldn’t find reception not very helpful or freindly , tried to overcharge for breakfast room very poor leaking shower dirty carpets bad stains on bed and pillows nobody seems to know what they’re doing and not at all welcoming would not stay here again even at £85 for a night , just me and my sister , and glad to leave to be honest

Great service, great location.
Great service, friendly staff. Place needs some work, we had bad weather and rain was coming in through the ceiling..
bathroom was tiny, can barely sit on the loo, and a bad stench.
Other than that you hear banging doors all the time as none of the rooms have slow closing doors.

Check in and check out as easy as it comes. Large clean room. Only downer was no Wi-Fi. Opposite beach and walking distance to all main attractions

Very comfortable stay
I arrived in the middle of the night and instructions to get in were excellent. Room tidy and clean and en-suite. Kettle, with tea, coffee and water, and a TV, too. Perhaps they could have added the WiFi code as is probably available on request - but as reception was closed I could not ask. Highly recommended as excellent value for money!
