Immediately upgraded me to a better room at my request due to a noise issue in the first suite with a small fee payable. I had a lovely night, and the service was fantastic. Great location and excellent value for money. Thanks 😊

Bad condition rooms Not tidy

The motel is located near "King William Rd" where you can find shops, cafés and restaurant so pretty nice and the bus for the city center is at the corner so pretty good overall. I only had to ask twice to open the laundry to pick up my stuff because it was closed after 6pm and i came at 6.10pm, the reception didn't want it at first even if it took 30 sec.

Great location, close to plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes, as well as the train.

Used to stay here years ago. Quiet location. Is now run down, with huge need for renovations. Language issues also now. A real pity. Staff try to be helpful.

Good easy booking

The office closed at 7:00pm, although our reservation said it closed at 8:00pm. We had great difficulty obtaining access to our room! It took repeated phone calls over almost an hour before anyone would answer. Most unsatisfactory!

A little bit far from city, but cheaper than those hotels in city, worth staying

The transportation is relatively convenient and parking is convenient

It was inexpensive but extremely run down. Bed linen & towels were satisfactory however fittings in the bathroom were badly stained and badly in need of upgrading, includes basin, lavatory pan & shower curtain. Same applies to window fittings as well as quality of crockery etc. We found receptionist difficult to communicate with. Will not be returning.

Old dated motel, needs a lot of work. Cleaning not thorough. Furniture didn't fit the room. Always having to move chairs out of the way to get where I needed to be.

The heater in my room romote doesn't work and i think they need to invest in some non slip shower mats because the shower are very slippery.
