Hotel bonito mas atendimento muito ruim. Café razoável e não tinha ninguém no restaurante para atende-lo. Manutenção das instalações sofrível. O deck de madeira da piscina estava com madeiras soltas e outras desniveladas podendo inclusive causar acidentes.
Tentei falar na recepção do hotel por telefone várias vezes pra tirar uma dúvida e não consegui completar a ligação. O canal de WhatsApp que eles disponibilizam não funciona. Eles visualizam a sua mensagem mas simplesmente não respondem. Péssima experiência.

Muito ruim, não recomendo. 1. Itens do café da manhã não estavam frescos, com muitas moscas e mosquitos (vivos e mortos) em cima das frutas, dos frios e dos pães. Isso poderia ser facilmente resolvido com aquelas redinhas, que sempre vejo nos cafés de outras pousadas. 2. Não é possível pedir pratos fora do buffet do café da manhã, como tapioca por exemplo (eles fazem apenas a massa de tapioca e você recheia com o frios com mosquitos mortos disponíveis no buffet). 3. O Wi-fi não funciona. 4. Cama desconfortável e afundada. 5. Cofre super antigo e sem a chave, não tem como usar. 6. Localização ruim.

Hotel 100% recomendable la atención de Raquel y Alejandra en recepción fue muy atenta y amable nos ayudaron en la estadía y en el tour a tomar. El hotel tiene muy buenas facilidades, piscina temperada, desayuno variado, piscina con hidromasaje y un servicio de masajes relajantes extra 100% recomendado. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme.

A pousada é uma graça. O atendimento é gentil. Quarto confortável e espaçoso. A porta da sacada possui tela, o que evita mosquitos. A roupa de cama e banho são bem cheirosas. Café da manhã excelente com muitas opções. Super indico!
