Amazing hotel, with super spa, swimming pools and common areas. Good restaurant and rich breakfast. Room is nice and with comfortable bathroom. Staff is friendly and helpful. Really exceeding by far our expectation and in view of the bad weather on Saturday we really enjoyed the spa and swimming pools indoor and outdoor.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place. Our experience was a loud wedding in the courtyard facing our balcony, followed by the wedding guests making loud speeches, laughter and drunken noise until midnight, followed by the cleanup crew blasting music until after 1am. I cannot conceive how a wellness hotel allows guests to be subject to this. It made one of our nights entirely aggravating with no empathy from staff other than to offer an expensive paid upgrade to another room. A shame too as all other amenities are top notch and otherwise staff was very lovely. I hope management reviews this and makes adjustments for the happiness of future guests. If I reviewed this as a manager I would make swift changes. Personally, I would love to return annually, but only if I knew that policy had changed and no events were allowed on the grounds.

We came back at 02 in the morning after a birthday party and our intention was to relax and sleep long. At 7:25 AM the reception called us (?) to tell us that the breakfast lasted until 10.30 am (!). Then we had a bus leaving and packing with 40 asian tourists (very loud) in front of your window. The room and the beds were very good. The breakfast service was also excellent.

We spent three nights at Hotel Adula and loved every minute. Flims is simply beautiful—high mountains, green forests, postcard views from the balcony. The rooms are warm, wooden, and cosy. Nothing fancy, just really comfortable. Victor at reception welcomed us like friends and even drew a small map of his favourite spots, so we knew exactly where to go. The pop-up restaurant served tasty grilled dishes, and Eniko kept everyone happy with her big smile, even when it got busy. Only downside: breakfast feels pricey for what’s on the buffet. A couple more hot choices would make it worth the cost. That aside, our stay was perfect, and we’re already planning to come back. Huge thanks to Victor and Eniko for taking such good care of us!

This is a very nice location, excellent clean and breakfast. The service team is amazing, everybody was very kind and Victor promptly resolved with class an issue during our stay.
