Sheraton Grand Incheon Hotel Reviews

Booked this hotel for a long/overnight layover. Was a lovely room: clean and comfortable. Club Lounge was nice with good food and drink selection. Staff were very helpful and welcoming.

Central Park View was amazing, but room was not warm enough and 😱 previous guest’s smell (from specific region) ……

Breakfast was overrated and really they need to pick the game. 70 AUD for cheap quality breakfast is waste of money. Come on Sheraton.

This is a very nice hotel, although the location is a bit remote. The staff were excellent and very helpful. Slightly disappointing was that there is only one airport shuttle a day from the hotel to the airport and none (apparently) from the airport to the hotel.

This was a great place to stay at while waiting for Covid test results when returning to China.

Classic. easy to find. Nice park is near by, you can enjoy a nature-in-city.

Very good.! I'm satisfied with this hotel. My parents were surprised by the view of the park.

It’s old and dirty

The facilities were good and the staff were very friendly. It was my first time going to Songdo, and it was a fun trip, so I think I'll visit again :) 🩵🩵

The room was nice with a view of Central Park. However, I do not recommend visiting with a baby. I don't know if it's the hotel's policy, but it's not a good condition for guests with babies. Even though the club lounge is a happy hour where babies are allowed in other hotels, babies are not allowed here (of course, no ribbing cocktails - these contain alcohol, so I understand. ) Takeout is available, but… Needs improvement!! For breakfast in the morning, they put guests with babies in a room called Fine. If the baby makes any noise, the door is closed... I wonder if this is 5-star service... They set up the highchair as it was with the broken footrest... (The Starbucks highchair on the 1st floor is much safer and better) The baby's bed is an iron bar with no protective guard... In the end, the baby had a bruise on his forehead, so I had to clean it up right away... And the humidifier wasn't in good condition... It stopped working in the middle, so I couldn't use it in the end... If it's a 5-star hotel, I think service needs to be improved to match that level. Oh, there is no bidet in the bathroom. Please take note. If the facility is maintained in its current condition, I don't think I will visit again...

It's close to Incheon Sheraton Seoul, parking is easy, the view of Central Park is great, and the room is spacious (the furniture has an old feel, but the dignified atmosphere was charming in its own way). Above all, I was impressed by how friendly the staff were ♥ When checking in, I started off in a good mood thanks to Ahn 0-sik's friendly guidance. Even in club lounges and evening cocktails I had a happy day thanks to the kindness of all the staff! Personally, I liked the club lounge on the 22nd floor, but A special lucky draw for ***** New Year's Day will be held in the Grand Ballroom on the 3rd floor. It's actually larger and has more variety of food than expected. It was rather good My husband and I have been to many different 5-star hotels in Korea. The friendliness of our employees and our efforts at events to impress our customers are This place was so good that I had to give it a tip. Facility map The gym equipment, Technogym, is great. It was a bit disappointing that the swimming pool was small, but still. For this price in this location I think it exceeds expectations ˃̵̈̑ᴗ˂̵͈̑ ♥ I will come again next time ♥

I had a great weekend (Saturday & Sunday) in the Executive Suite. Leave your luggage at the cafe until check-in time around 11:20 a.m. I was going to go, but the staff said I could check in. Checked in early. (Quick check-in & very friendly staff! & Central Park view & assigned to the highest floor & Free breakfast & Free swimming pool + fitness & Free evening cocktail bar) Everyone was satisfied.

I went early because I thought check-in was at 3, but since check-in was at 8, I took a walk around the front and looked around. Please check carefully when making a reservation..ㅜㅜ Songdo Central Park was right in front, so it was nice to take a walk. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I liked that the bathroom was separate from the shower room. The lobster served at the buffet, one plate per table, was mediocre, and the raw fish was not very good. And I was a little disappointed that there was no fried food. Still, I had a good rest~
