While I don't want to make unfair comparisons, the window view at Paradise (the other hotel) was significantly better! (As shown in the picture!) At Inspire, we had a rather late check-in at 10 PM and were given a second-floor room. The 'view' from our window was just a flat platform with nothing but a few lights illuminating the exterior wall. In the morning, I could barely catch a glimpse of the sea from one corner. I requested a room change, but was told the hotel was fully booked. After checking out the next day, we visited Splash Bay. As hotel guests, we received a 30% discount, and it cost around 450 for one adult and two children. However, Splash Bay itself was quite small and didn't offer much in terms of entertainment. It's completely incomparable to the water park in Macau. On the upside, the admission price was relatively low, and since we visited in late September, it wasn't crowded, which made it tolerable. Service: We were already quite tired from our late check-in, and the front desk staff who assisted us had a noticeable lack of genuine warmth, sporting what felt like a forced smile.

Recent Stay at Golden Tulip Hotel, Incheon (August 21-22, 2025) We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Incheon from August 21-22, 2025, and I must say, it was a delightful experience! Check-in Process: The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted me warmly, making me feel welcome immediately. Only one can speak English. Then they charged me for another person who will stay in their hotel. Because we are 3 people. I just place 2 person. T’was an honest mistake but they are by the book, so i pay even though we will just sleep there. Coz we came there after our arrival in Seoul @ 1:30am Room Quality: My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I appreciated the modern design, and inside our hotel apartment has washing machine and a huge refrigerator. Facilities: The hotel features excellent facilities, including a buffer breakfast. My boys enjoyed breakfast there, which offered a wide variety of delicious options. Location: The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation options. It’s perfect for both business and leisure travelers. Overall, my experience at the Golden Tulip Hotel was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Incheon! I look forward to returning in the future.

I've always had good experiences staying here before, so it was my first choice when traveling with my child this time. However, the service this time was terrible! Two days prior, I contacted Trip.com's staff to inquire about amenities for a 2-year-old. I was told that due to limited availability, only a step stool for the sink could be provided, and that I should follow up with the hotel directly upon check-in. So, during check-in, I reiterated my request for a bed rail, an air purifier, and other child amenities. However, I never received a response, even by the time of check-out. What's even more outrageous is that the promised step stool for the sink was never delivered either. I simply cannot understand how a hotel that markets itself as family-friendly could fail to provide such basic services as a bed rail. The sterilizer, bed rail, and air purifier shown in the pictures were apparently provided to other rooms. Trip.com needs to communicate better with the hotel and ensure there's no differential treatment. If these services can be readily obtained when booking through other platforms, why is it not the case with Trip.com?

The hotel offers residence-style rooms equipped with a kitchenette and washing machine, with relaxing ocean view. Despite the limited space, the interior is nicely decorated across two levels—one for living and a semi-loft for sleeping, featuring a double tatami bed. However, the ceiling in the sleeping area is quite low, so it’s easy to bump your head! 😂 The room has underfloor heating that can be controlled independently, which is a plus, but there’s no heater in the bathroom—a downside during cold weather.

I stayed here because I had an early flight and wanted a hotel close to the airport. Check-in was contactless, so I didn’t have to interact with anyone at the front desk, which was great since I was tired. There’s also a convenience store nearby, so I didn’t find anything inconvenient during my stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed for four days. Everything is clean and convenient. Bed is comfortable and the room has washing machine. Hotel has all necessary things for comfortable stay. Self check-in/our process is so easy and fast! The only thing that could be improved is absence of single-use slippers, they are only available in vending machine, but should be included. Also only one piece of soap was available, and no toothpaste/brush that was definitely needed during my stay.

I had a pleasant stay in RM 2203 It was close to the elevator but quiet, great view, had all the amenities I needed and more. I would definitely stay here again. It is further than the hotels I've stayed at in unseo (like days Inn, Howard Johnssen, Golden Tulip), but worth the trek for the view. Self check in was a little confusing to me, but someone from the office was coincidentally in the self check in booth at the time and kindly helped me. There's a convenience store by the bottom of the building, coffee shops and restaurants are walking distance. I walked 10-15min to the other side of the bridge /rail tracks to shop at Olive, Daiso, Lotte, and ate at BBQ restaurant. There's a different vibe on the Shine side of the tracks, maybe it's less touristy and commercial. If you're packing light and want a great view, do the extra walk and book Shine. Or get a taxi. Also download Naver app for directions, Google maps was confused how to get there from unseo station. Look for the Sky Hotel sign and you'll see the Shine Hotel sign too, it seems they share the building.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and smooth check-in process. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The room was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with a great view from the window. I also enjoyed the hotel facilities – the gym was well-equipped, and the lounge area was a great place to relax. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and elegant. It’s rare to find a hotel that truly feels like a home away from home. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip!

Facilities: The hotel is well-equipped with amenities, including a washing machine and refrigerator – truly everything you might need. Cleanliness: The place was also very clean. Environment: The setting is lovely, right by the sea. Service: The service was excellent, no issues at all. It's definitely worth a stay! Plus, it's not too far from the airport, and transportation around the area is quite convenient.

Pros: Stunning sea views right outside the window, and the double-glazed windows offer peace of mind. A commercial street is within easy walking distance. There are plenty of dining options nearby (some even famous from TV shows). In the evenings, you can enjoy live singing by the sea and even buy and set off fireworks. Two convenience stores downstairs are very handy, and there's a small park from which you can stroll down to the beach. Spending the afternoon exploring the park and heading to the beach (though the sand isn't particularly impressive) followed by an evening stroll along the seaside after dinner truly gives you the feeling of staying in a charming little seaside town. Cons: The shower lacks a proper door, so water easily splashes out into the rest of the bathroom. The place isn't particularly new; the sofa had visible stains. Our family room only had space to open two suitcases; we had to take the third one out to the balcony. Getting to the subway station isn't very convenient; it's best to take an Uber, which costs a little over 100,000 (local currency units) for a ride to the subway station, making it quite pricey. Recommendation: I would recommend this place if you're specifically visiting this area for an overnight stay. However, if you plan to use the subway to explore other areas and then return here, it's not ideal.
