Car parking is a bit tricky as someone you need to contact the front desk to help you to use th machinerise car park but they came pretty quickly."

"Good location with a very japanese style riverside. Clean, tidy room. Just fine breakfast.
However, terrible experience about the staff.
1. We were told the basement parking lot was full that we had to park on the ground level, to load our laggages along with a 2.5 yd girl in the stroller there and to drag them to the basement via the long ramp. While we were having trouble not to jar our little girl, we saw a car slided in the basement and parked there.
2. Next day, we, two adults, one little girl, plus a stroller were lead to a table for only two. As we asked to switch to the nearby sofa dining area, the staff told us that the reservation today was full when there was really no more than 15 persons in the restaurent during our time there."

"My first stay at the Lakeshore Hotel was in the early 2000s.Since then, the rooms have been updated but the service is still first rate. I needed help with getting my high speed train ticket issued and the person at the front counter offered to go with me to the convenience store to help.
The bathroom has a Japanese toilet accessory and a bathtub shower so you can soak a bit if it's been a hot day in Hsinchu.
A large mall is located 5 minutes away and there are several convenience stores on the same block so there are plenty of eating options."

"High CP value, good location, only 2-3 minutes walk from the train station
The air conditioner in the room is very cold, and the controller is not easy to adjust. The bathroom has a bathtub, but I hope there will be a shower curtain. As long as you take a shower, the water will spray out and the floor will be wet.
The others are pretty good, I still recommend it 👍🏻"

"I was looking for temporary accommodation for the night, but luckily I could book it online. When I arrived, the on-site service staff was very friendly and told me that parking subsidies were available. great!
The room is simple and clean, and the bed set is good for sleeping. The check out time at 12 o'clock is very good. Worth recommending."

"Pros: Breakfast is perfect, very good combination of western and *********. Location is perfect if you are visiting Jiao Tong University and Tsinghua University. Only a couple of bus stops. Very authentic local restaurants around. Employees are willing to help. Free soda in the fridge, decent gym. Good balcony view in certain rooms.
Cons: My room was clean but shower head was loose, although I was able to fix it myself, it made the bathroom a chaos. Shampoo and bodywash are not good considering it's a 4-star. Electronic bidet that cleans you but doesn't dry you out... public baths could be a good place to relax, but it only open 4-10pm, which is not friendly to travellers who only stay for the night."

FFreelaxStayed one night. As it’s a pretty new hotel, the hotel room amenities are very new. We checked in late. Although it’s self check in, the staff is very helpful and very obliging. The room has got shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Personally, I quite fussy but I like their products. They also provide toothbrushes and toothpastes etc. They give 2 bottles of drinking water. They gave humidifier in each room. There is bath tub and standing shower. The hotel is located in the industry area but they are quite near to Hsinchu HSR. If I would travel to Hsinchu, I will stay again.

the first room wasn't ideal as the room has smoke smell and I requested to change room which they offered and it was great.
Room has good sound proofing windows
second room I stayed at #2003 is near lift has updated modern look.
they have morning shuttle to science park 8am, 8.30am, 9am which is great.
they have evening shuttle to Big City mall which is also a ++
otherwise would have to spend 250 NTD for taxi which is expensive.

八八力士Taking advantage of the Qingminglian price, my family went on a short trip. I saw that the Japanese food in the hotel served a set meal of Wagyu burgers and Australian red bream tempura. It was raining outside and I was too lazy to go out, so I went to Butterfly House to try it. Unexpectedly, it was exactly the same as the photo. Not only did the hamburger patty have three big balls, but it was also served with three kinds of sauces including ”free-range eggs, onion citrus vinegar, and scallion salt sauce”. Each one had a different flavor. The scallions and enoki mushrooms that came with the red bream tempura were also very refreshing. The point is that the side dishes are also very good. The ”Hakka hookah sausage” is very distinctive, and there is also the Shijia miso fish ball soup with clams to enhance the flavor. It can be said to be worth the money. You can stay here just for this dish, yammy👍

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location, not far from RT-Mart and Jucheng Shopping Center, very convenient. There are many parking spaces in the hotel, so you don't have to worry about not having a place to park. The room is very clean and bright, and there is a small balcony, so you don't feel oppressive. The breakfast buffet is also very rich. It is a highly recommended hotel.

CCarmen JMCleanliness is ok and the bathroom can be seen is newly refurbished without icky looking old tiles. All basic amenities are provided they even have free self service laundry and dryer service. The hotel is generous and even have an individual drinking water dispenser in the room. Fair price with breakfast provided. Couldn't ask for more at this pricing.

RRyo0720My stay was in room 501. Unfortunately, the room smelled of smoke, and the hallway had a strong disinfectant odor. On the positive side, the front desk service was excellent. It was also a nice bonus that complimentary breakfast was included when booking through this platform. However, the soundproofing was quite poor, as I could easily hear conversations from the adjacent room. There was also a noticeable gap under the main door. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I'm unlikely to stay here again.

MMarlynThe location is Very convenient,near the train station, 7/11 and others. The staff are kind and approachable. There is also a free laundry where you can wash your clothes. And also a free breakfast which not every hotel offers. Lastly the price is very affordable 😃😃😃
