"There is a good selection of food at breakfast and there was sufficient seating. We also use the executive club on the 22nd floor. It was quite busy in the evenings during the happy hour as many are treating it as a dinner time. However, the ambience is good and good selection of beverages. The check in and check out process was smooth and easy. We were well served by May in the executive club and for our checkout. The hotel is walking distance to the subway station, convention exhibition centre, and the shopping mall."

"The twin room is super big, much bigger than the king room. It is recommended to choose a twin room for family travel. It is more than enough for several people. If you like a big room, choose a twin room. Xiao Zhou at the front desk of the hotel provided good service and helped to arrange a sunny room with good lighting and wide view. The hotel facilities and equipment are also complete. There is a refrigerator in the room, and there are welcome drinks for free."

"Really enjoyed my one night stay. Beautiful room with a beautiful view of the city. Loved the design of the room, the bathroom. Wonderful toiletries for shower. Smells so good. Bed was comfortable. Had a very pleasant sleep."

"This guesthouse, hidden in the middle of Samgalyang Port, is modern and very convenient. Unlike other hotels nearby, it has a personal and friendly atmosphere, and especially the pretty young owner who can communicate in English to some extent (at least tries to do it with a smile) puts nervous travelers' minds at ease. The lady who guards the front desk at night does not speak English, but she is just as kind.^^ In particular, the deluxe queen room 305 was a perfect fit for our group of three. The owner and the owner prepared a sofa bed, so the three men could use it comfortably. The high-ceilinged room also had a dining table, so we could sit around and have breakfast delivered, and most of all, I will never forget sitting on the spacious balcony and chatting while having a beer. Even on a Saturday night when there were many people, the old alley seen from the balcony seemed peaceful as if it had forgotten the noise. I think Zhen Homestay is the best place to enjoy Samgalyang Port. Next time I come on personal vacation, I will definitely come back here again."

"This has been my absolute go-to hotel every time I visit Nanning for the past four years! I highly recommend it. It's perfectly located right next to Exit A of Vientiane City Station (Wanxiangcheng Metro Station), just a short two-minute walk away. The environment is spacious and features a strong sense of design. The buffet breakfast is incredibly diverse and delicious, and the service is consistently excellent. During check-out, I encountered a bit of a rush hour at the elevators due to a large conference group. After waiting for quite some time without an elevator, and needing to check out quickly to catch a train, I decided to take the stairs down to the ground floor lobby with my two children and a suitcase. As I entered the stairwell, I luckily bumped into a hotel staff member. She informed me that those particular stairs wouldn't lead directly to the main lobby. Feeling quite anxious, I explained to her that I was in a hurry to make my train. This wonderful lady immediately stepped in, helped me with my luggage, and quickly guided us to an alternative stairwell, allowing us to get downstairs swiftly and complete our check-out. My sincere thanks to her! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 I will definitely continue to stay here on my future visits."

"The room is tidy, the bedding is clean and comfortable, and the facilities are complete. I chose this hotel because it is pet-friendly. Unexpectedly, I am satisfied with everything. However, the parking space near the exit of the parking lot is a bit narrow. There is a low wall next to it and it is not in the sight of the car. When the car moves out, It's a pity that the car door was scratched. We left something at the hotel, and the hotel contacted me promptly and mailed it. It is also very convenient to eat near the hotel."

"The service was prompt and afternoon tea was delivered to the room. The room was large and clean. However, I didn't receive any welcome fruit. I initially stayed on the 10th floor, but when I opened the sink, it was full of debris. The waiter immediately moved me to the 12th floor! Overall, the service was excellent! However, the hotel elevator had issues, requiring constant waiting, and it wouldn't stop even after a while. The breakfast was good, but the variety was limited for a hotel of this level! The selection wasn't very good!"

"The hotel was okay. The rooms are old, there were no switches for the different lamps on the walls directly but only a control System next to the bed, meaning that if you come back from outside and you want to go to the bathroom, you need to go to the bed and switch on the light from that control System first and then go to the bathroom. Also the windows cannot be opened, in order to refresh the air, you can only turn on the AC. Another problem for our room was that the room door could not always be locked. The rooms are opened with cards but once after leaving the room i tried to open the door without holding the card and it worked because the door hadnt properly closed. No matter how I tried to close door, it would keep opening without the card. Breakfast was okay, in general there was a good choice of food, but the food was mainly chinese and cooked, so very few choice for Western breakfast. However I can understand because there are not a lot of Western tourists going to the City. Location is amazing, you cross the street and you re in the pedestrian zone. In general the hotel is okay."

"We stayed at the Yeste International Hotel (Chaoyang Square District Government) for five nights in mid November. Here's the pros and cons: Pros: 1) Good location. Within about 5 - 10 minutes walk, you will find yourself in the heart of one of Nanning's busiest shopping and dining district. 2) Good buns and vegetable dishes at breakfast. (If you'd like a piece of toast, however, there's no jam or butter. No cereals either. This is odd considering that the hotel markets itself as ”international”.) Cons: 1) The Yeste we stayed at promoted itself as ”opened in 2019” but this is misleading! It had been operated as some other hotels before the Yeste brand ”opened” the property as its own. The rooms may have been renovated but many details are clearly worn out from yellow caulking, slow drainage, to moldy cracks. The bathrooms are excruciatingly small. You can't access the full countertop without cramming your legs against the toilet bowl. (We stayed at the ”super” room. Looking back at the online photos posted by the hotel, we couldn't believe that's actually the room we'd stayed at. The fisheye effect used in taking those photos are misleading.) 2) The property allows smoking in some areas. Even if you booked a ”non-smoking” room, chances are that you will ”enjoy” second-hand smoking in the elevator, hallways, even in your own room. 3) Security is non-existent. There is a lobby at the front, but through a side door, which is open 24/7, anyone and everyone can come and go at will. The hotel shares the building with other tenants (businesses). From food delivery, other tenants in the building, to patrons of different businesses, the entire building is an open book. With the push of a button, anyone can access your hotel floors anytime of the day. Overall, if you are looking for a budget hotel to stay in the city, this property is okay. If you expect quality, security, or services, this is not the place to be."
